Got a pizza yesterday for lunch with my kids. I ordered on the Dominoes app and asked for it to be square cut. Specifically because my children are 5 and under, so it makes it easier for them to eat. Upon opening the box it was instant dissatisfaction ! After shrugging that off and grabbing slices noticed it was burnt on the whole pizzas outer crusts.

Horrible delivery service. Can’t even track the order because as soon it’s says it’s out for delivery it, it gets marked as delivered. It’s been 1 hour and a half and still haven’t gotten my pizza even though it says it’s been delivered about 45 minutes ago. I don’t know why I haven’t learned my lesson after the past couple times but I’m definitely staying away from this store from now on and everyone else should. They are constantly manipulating there numbers so they look good and can get there bonuses. Everyone please stay away from this store. Unless you want cold pizza and long wait times

Orderd a pizza at 8:37 pm, it arrived at 9;50 pm.. pizza cold, cheese bread was over cooked. I had to call at 9:20 inquiring where my order was. No compassion or care by location. Driver did say he was sorry. I feel bad for the drivers, they have too deal with the angry customer’s. Obviously a issue with management and handling of orders for drivers to manage , one driver for multiple orders (5+).. is a bit much.

Domino’s is Domino’s! Ordered online and went to pick up. Still had to wait a little bit for my order, but hey! I think they were busy that day. Anyways pizza was hot and the wings were alrite. The most important thing was, that my kids enjoyed it. All in all I had a good experience at this location.

Horrible service I was given today 12/30/2021 I place the order on the app I was told that it was ready to pickup I arrived there and my pizza is not ready they had a accidente so I had to wait for another pizza and at the and they dry to sell me the pizza that they had the accidente look at this pizza my kid can make a better one should find your self better cooker

I normally don’t have an issue with ordering from this store but this experience was the worst. Ordered pizza on 9/13/2022 at 6:15pm wait time was supposed to be about 32-42min after waiting an hour I called the store and sat on hold for 30 min before I ever got to talk to anyone. I was assured the driver was on his way and another 30 min go by and I call again this time only waiting on hold for about 10min I was told the driver was only 5 min away. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund (not sure how long that will take they can’t give you a conformation number or anything showing your getting one) finally at 8:40pm the driver shows up with my pizza which I didn’t take.

The pizza is great. But their curbside delivery 2 minute guaranteed or you get a free pizza needs some work. I sat in my car for 10 minutes before finally walking into the store to get my Pizza, included a tip for them bringing it to my car, and I never received the supposed email you get for a free pizza if your order wasn’t brought to your car in 2 minutes. When I walked in the pizza was ready and there was more than enough people working who could have brought it out.

If I could give no stars I would. I was at work, ordered one pizza and bread sticks for my kids, and it never came. When I checked on it, an hour later after my kids asked me about food, they cancelled it and never told me. Said they would re-deliver, never did. I called back and was sweet as pie to them, they kept me on hold over 30mins. ( I’m at work by the way). I finally called back, and asked for a manager, nobody came to the phone (no surprise). Then I called back again, just asked for a refund and told them how disappointed I was my kids never ate because of them and the lady just hangs up on me. I don’t know what’s happening with these new low standards on service we just have to work around people’s poor attitudes, but as an employer myself, I was highly recommend they check out their staff. This was 8/10 8-10pm. Everyone was so unhelpful, I’m working one handed at work being on hold with nobody that cares, and my kids went hungry! Thanks dominos Ave K, you really made sure that was the last time I ordered form your store, maybe dominos ever!!!!!
