Horrible experience. The order was supposed to be ready by 6:34 and it wasn’t. After 13 minutes of waiting, the tracker said “completed” when I still hadn’t received my food. So I went inside and there was a girl in the kitchen, putting lotion on and getting dressed in plain view. Disgusting. Then the cashier was rude when I said I’d been waiting and never got my food. Come to find out, my food was sitting there the whole time and they “lost” it. Although it was labeled right there on the shelf. The pizza is burnt and dry. The sandwich was not fully cut. Overall bad experience. If I could rate zero stars I would.

I’m the same Terrell just using my work email but the update is that the service is great when it comes to the drivers haven’t spoken to the people in store since my bad experience but I like the kindness of the delivery drivers almost like two different stores.

Only reason it gets 2 stars is because they use to be good last 5 deliveries have been horrible Pizza has no sauce or cheese on pizza . Just placed an order today at 7:55 and just called in store at 9:24 to see status and was on hold for 10 minutes. Finally got somebody on the line and she was very rude and not understanding kept asking if I wanted to cancel and I kept saying no I just want to know ETA because kids are hungry. She said 15 minutes that it just came out the oven and if I can’t wait to cancel.

So I ordered a bbq pizza and my order was wrong and wasn’t made right I know how pizza is made I work in the restaurant industry, so they made my bbq pizza with bacon and the onions that belonged on it was thrown on it after the pizza was cooked so that was wrong and the bbq pizza doesn’t come with bacon but mine did, so I went back to ask if I could get a new pizza because it wasn’t right and I asked what’s in the pizza and when she didn’t know I kinda cut her off and said does it come with bacon because maybe I was wrong but I knew it didn’t go on it just to see and she said yes it does go on it and so she goes on to make it and I over hear the girl I talked to about the order and other coworkers ( 2 women ) say I’m Spanish “why you making that pizza again” and the girl making it says in Spanish “ oh because it had bacon and it doesn’t have it, but I told him it does have it “ and after that’s said they all start laughing and one lady of the 2 women say in Spanish “fucken idiot” in spanish and they all laughing but I’m still in the room and they speaking Spanish thinking I don’t understand but I understand everything they were saying and just want to say worst service every received every and that was so unprofessional this happened on 4/13/23
