Driver bangs on door when we have a door bell has an attitude. Hands us the food we noticed the drinks were wrong. He then replies we called you and you didn’t answer we told him we never received a call. Driver called his supervisor they said they had to charge the card again to give refund for the sodas. We decided to just deal with it because we didn’t want to make another driver make another trip food was cold and somehow instead of the chocolate lava crunch cakes they gave us the brownie cookie. We hardly order from domino’s because the last experience they gave us doughy pizza from this location. Just because they remodeled the location doesn’t mean the service got any better.

I placed an order online using their tracker to track it to see when to go. It says it’s being prepared by Adriana. So I go because if it’s being prepped, it should be in bake any minute, and I should get there when it’s ready. I live 15 mins away. When I get there, the app says it’s still in prep. I wait 30 minutes for my pizza. And the app STILL says being prepared By ADRIANA. I then see a black gentleman start making my pizza. After 35 minutes of it saying prep. And I’m sure HIS name is NOT Adriana. They put on the app that it’s in prep when it’s not. Being prepared by one person when it’s being prepared by another. It said it should have been ready at 602. They put on the app that its ready but It’s now 630 and I’m still waiting. Horrible service go else where. I’m just canceling this is ridiculous.

An hour and a half wait (during off-peak hours) for two medium pizzas and a cheese bread. When it was finally delivered, the bread was just dough in the middle. Just cancel the order and let me know if you can’t make it right and in a reasonable amount of time.

Ordered 3 pizzas. Two of them (I was told) were good. My vegan pizza (as shown) was disgusting. Dry, burnt, not all veggies as ordered. It was gross! Pizza was late. $57 for pizza! I will never again order from Dominos!

Well to be honest I never go in I always order delivery. But all drivers are very nice and when I call people are helpful and kind that talk on the phone. I gave a 4 star cause there have been 2 mess ups in the 100 times I’ve ordered there. 1 time my pizza was never cut. Like at all. And other was they were out of mushrooms but they fixed both problems so I’m happy with them

Ordered online for car curbside delivery. Let them know in the app I was there. Nothing. Called. Ana stated she was there alone and I should have ordered curbside delivery if I wanted the pizzas and other items brought to my car. I said I’d done that. There was a person in a Dominos shirt walking around outside leisurely yet it was 1230, and Ana was alone?? I went in and got the 3 items prepared by Ana. She was obviously overwhelmed. Pizzas … good. Except for the overload of peppers in a pizza that was to not have any. My ulcer hated that. But it was a free additional topping. Oven dip and bread … let’s be clear that I do not recommend it. Even the dogs couldn’t eat it. I’m sure there was an accident or some sort with that portion of my order. I think Ana did her best. I got what I ordered. I’m not in a hurry to return to this location.
