My whole experience was great! I placed my order, got in my truck and drove there, parked and they brought my order out to me five minutes after I parked. The pizza was made EXACTLY the way I ordered it and the young man who brought my order out to me was very friendly and gave great customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again! Great, fast service! The pizza was still hot when I got home.

I came here with a couple friends. It was pretty late at night so not a lot of people were there. There were a couple people ahead of us and the staff members were very quick and helpful when giving them their food. They also answered our questions when we were confused about how to split toppings, aswell as being patient with us as we took some time trying to figure out the money. Special thanks to Kelsi who was very nice and helpful. We chatted for a little bit as he was leaving his shift. He was very nice and kept making our table laugh. Definitely a chill place to get pizza on a late night I highly recommend

This location can get very busy because it’s the only Dominoes in Alameda. Nevertheless the employees and delivery drivers work hard to push orders out. We ordered here a few days ago and this place was packed with about 8 people inside and delivery drivers coming in and out. We ordered and only had to wait about 13 minutes. Very hardworking employees and pizza came out amazing.

So I know this is considered fast food but still… So I ordered 2 pizzas and both came with a few huge bubbles in them with no toppings at all on them. I have ordered from them many times without this problem and hopefully they fix it soon because there are way too many other great pizza places on this island! Also, the parts without toppings were so hard we couldn’t actually eat them making 1/5 of each pizza inedible.

We have been ordering pizza from here for several years now, ever since Dominos did their reboot. We order much more frequently than I’d like to admit, on average once a month at least. This location is consistently good. I’ve only had a couple of orders that weren’t just right. They are very fast. I’ve only had one experience where I was waiting for a long time, and that’s because they had a huge order. I love the curbside pickup feature. The employee who brings me the pizza seems to genuinely appreciate my business and seem happy with their jobs, which is always a good thing.

They messed up our order, sending hand tossed thick crust instead of thin crust, and offered to deliver us a new pizza. It never showed up, so when I called them back they said they had “changed their mind, saying it was my mistake when I ordered it online” and refused to fix it and deliver us a new order. Not sure how this was my fault, since they didn’t make what we ordered, and I realize these are challenging times for restaurants. That said, this is not how I would treat a regular customer.
