First time ordering here using the App. I arrived when the app said my food was available. I gave the lady my name and she said my food wasn’t ready and that it was still in the oven. My name was first in the queue stating that it was ready. I gave my name a second time to make sure she heard it because I saw what ended up being my order in the staging area. When I asked a third time about my food another employee walked over pointed out that my food was actually ready and gave me attitude and said “Oh we’re busy” and walked off. Because you were busy and couldn’t figure out where my order was didn’t mean I deserved your attitude. If you can’t keep your operations in order or maintain your professionalism when you get “busy” then maybe you shouldn’t be preparing pizza. Today’s service was definitely sub-par.

Today I thought I ordered pizza for my daughter basketball team at noon. When I arrived to pick it up, I was informed I ordered it for the next day. (Totally on me). There was only one worker, and she was working hard and she made my order in under 15 minutes. She was so kind and professional. I really enjoy their pizza but I was super grateful for her helping me out today.

I’m so upset and frustrated with Domino’s. I placed an order online for delivery and after one hour waiting I called the store and the guy in charge told me that they need an additional 25-30 more minutes to delivery because they are short in drivers (not my problem btw) so he suggested to pick up and I went. Once I got to my house I found out that he gave me the wrong order and I called him back and he told me to go back to the store. I went back and the order was super cold, disgusting. Will never will order from them. Shame on you Domino’s. If you can’t offer a reasonable service just deny service, if you’re to greedy that won’t miss an order and something like this happens give the customer one month of free order at least. In my case, not even a year will make it. You will lose a lot of business handling things like this.

The veggie pizza that they made us had 1 slice of pepper and 1 slice of onions on it. It didn’t even taste good and tasted like regular cheese pizza. They do a horrible job at making there pizzas. Overall would not recommend

I received the same wrong pizza twice!!! I paid for chicken and mushrooms and ended up with a plain cheese pizza for double the price of a plain cheese pizza. More training required. Or maybe just teach your employees to actually read the ticket.

What a mess. I ordered two pizzas but only one was ready, and the other one wasn’t even made yet, totally forgotten. Wait it gets better. While I was waiting for the other pizza to be made Dominos accidentally gave the one pizza that was ready to another customer. They left and returned stating they got the wrong pizza. Dominos then tried to give me the same pizza. Really! I should not have to ask for a new pizza.

The manager is terrible. I came to pick up my pizzas with my kids I handed them my card to pay. A little after 10pm I get a phone call from the manager accusing me of not having enough money to pay for the pizzas. Come to find out they charged me the wrong amount. And still wanted me to pay the full price of the pizzas again. He was extremely rude and not apologetic at all! His excuse was they were busy which was a complete lie because when I went to pick up my pizzas no pizzas were being made.

This place is a joke. They gave me the old pizzas that they said they made fresh. I literally waited outside 20min just for them to tell me they gave me the old pizzas that I just waited for them to make fresh. And then tried hiding it by putting the new sticker on top of the old sticker SMFH….
