Placed an order for delivery, tracker stated ETA 35 minutes, didn’t receive my order until 2 hours later and my order was cold. Management is horrible at this location. I don’t recommend anyone using this location.

This has to be the worst dominos pizza experience I’ve had. I ordered a beef and jalapeños pizza and got pepperoni, sausage and bacon. When store manager(katia) was called, she had the nerve to have an attitude and offer a brownie and hung up. Customer service was horrible and the pizza… smh. I dont even like to do these like this but You had one job and you failed, katia. Dominos is also to blame for allowing this p.o.s. to have the position.

I ordered online as I have done in the past. When I received my order, the pizza was wrong. I called the store and the manager answered. She told me I could have a credit or a new pizza made. Pizza tastes great and coupons make it cheap. Staff is totally incompetent. Two customers ahead of me had theirs orders done wrong. Managed explained to these customers that staff is new and “ stuff happens,” but he did apologize or offer compensation . I ordered online. I arrived at store 20 minutes later and was told my order would not be ready for another 30 minutes. Really a shame because the pizza is good.

Rude staff, ridiculous long wait times for a delivery, wrong hours posted on the website that will allow you to order a carry out up until 12am but they really only let you carry out up to 10pm, so they will promptly call you to tell you this once an order is placed, but if you order online and their “tracker” system says “out for delivery” and “its there” they can’t seem to let you know it’s going to take an hour plus just for delivery. I understand being busy and wait times, but let people know. Then when you call and inquire about your food they give you an attitude and offer no reason or solution other than we’re running behind. Then guess what? The food is cold by the time it arrives an hour and 10 minutes later…. Save time and frustration and order from anywhere else.

I’ve ordered twice from this location. First time, thin crust pizza was almost burnt, too crispy to be considered pizza. Second time, great job on the pizza, but I ordered online and delivery. It said there’d be less than a 30 minute wait, but it took almost a full 2 hours. The delivery guy was nice and probably completely overworked, but I should get a warning if it’s going to take that long. And when I called the store, they hadn’t picked up the phone after 7 minutes; I finally hung up. I don’t know if a majority of this location’s issues are a company problem or an individual store problem. Who knows, but I will not be ordering from them again.
