When we first moved here I noticed how short staffed it was, but they were nice, and most of the time the service and pizza was on point, but it has been dwindling a bit, Today my husband picked up pizza for my kids and both pizzas were burned to where it was black on the edges and the crust was stale and overcooked. We also ordered wings and pasta. I took the pizza back, and we started to eat dinner and found the pasta was horrible and had no sauce at all. I would have taken that back too had I known. I feel like they do not care but that is not ok. If you are going to offer a service to people then do so but do not sit there and look at a burned pizza and be lazy with pasta and pass that off as edible! They can get away with it because most of us are families that live on base and this is convenient, but make no mistake this place can be shut down!!!

Emma answered the phone and said they were closing even though it was midnight she lied to us said that the driver had to go home what a fine colleague taking potential tips away from Ryan who was an outstanding… You’re better off going hungry rather than ordering from Domino’s on Travis Air

Domino’s is great! Of course. This one is very convenient, located near the BX and the commissary. It’s perfect for eating pizza on a whim for us that live on base. The service is fast and friendly. They handled the rush the night I went, very well.

Previously, I’ve had fine experiences at this store. Tonight, I ordered at 4:45 pm to beat the rush. They quoted 39 minutes to delivery. At 6:00 pm the app said “delivered, enjoy your food.” I’ve called the store and sat on hold for 15 minutes, never connecting to a live agent. So rather than “check on my order” I chose to “place a new order.” After battling with the robot for a few minutes they forwarded me to a call center, where the rep stated they’ll connect me to the local store. I protested, “they won’t answer.” The rep’s response (if you can call it that) was “thank you sir, hold the line for a while so I can transfer you to the local store. Have a good night.” and disconnected. The ironic part is, I was reaching out with a benefit of the doubt; my goal was to check if the food was still coming before I answered the post-sale survey. Not extending that courtesy again. Yall disappoint.

I placed an order on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Because I’ve had issues in the past with this location being late with times deliveries, I scheduled the delivery for 12:00 when I needed it by 12:30. The driver did not arrive until after 1:15. I was never notified of the late delivery time and had to call to confirm the order was even coming. This isn’t my first late delivery but it will be my last.

I don’t understand why this location is even open. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Waited 2 hours after calling over and over again only for them to say the kitchen staff messed up the order and they’re remaking it. After saying, thats unacceptable, the Manager says they can give a refund and then asks which order was it. WHAT?! How do you know my order is being remade if you don’t even know which order to give a refund for?!!! Who on earth owns this place? Just HORRIBLE
