It’s sooooooo bad!! There is a dead fly on my pizza, I called them and the employee’s attitude was extremely rude! He didn’t understand the situation and just hanged up on the phone!! Then I went back to the store, he still didn’t understand, and then finally saw the dead fly!! His attitude was still rude! And there is no manager in the store!! It’s an extremely bad experience! Will never get food from here again!!

Requested a Specialty Pepperoni which arrived way over cooked. Called to let them know I wasn’t happy (also stating I didn’t want a refund or replacement) with the hope that they would improve their quality going forward. I requested a manager who immediately dismissed my concerns as “this is what you ordered”

Worst places ever in have ordered multiple times from here and they kept messing up my order or give me a median pizza instead of a large one. I have never ordered from them without any problems, they always have to mess up something. Last time I ordered for delivery they decided to cancel on me after like 15 minutes of waiting.

My husband and I went in to the store and ordered the large pepperoni speciality pizza, well done, It was perfectly cooked and delish! Today we ordered 3 medium pizzas, well done for pickup. We went to the store, picked up the pizzas and drove to the park to have a pizza picnic. When we opened the boxes none of the pizzas were well done, which was very disappointing. I called and spoke with the manager Melina and asked her to remake the pizzas well done, she informed me that they were well done and that was just the way Domino’s did well done. I explained that I had gotten a pizza the day before and it was well done and these 3 were not well done. She refused to make it right, refused to let me talk to a different manager and hung up on me. I am not an unreasonable person, I just wanted to get what I ordered. Miss Melina, I hope your manager sees this review and educates you on how to treat a customer. You should have made it right, shame on you. See picture above, pizza not well done as ordered

The worst pizza place… I placed an order online and it told me 18-33 minutes. 33 minutes pass I call them. They put me on hold. Then they hang up on me.i call back. Rude lady that barely speaks English gets loud tells me she didn’t hang up on me… I ask her then why did I have to call back… Crickets… Then she tells me they haven’t even started cooking the pizzas yet. I ask when I will get them since they are past the time frame I was told and she couldn’t tell me. I canceled the order… Do yourself a favor and call Round Table or Mountain Mike’s and just wait for it. It’s much better Pizza and I have never had issues with them. Avoid this place.

We had a horrible order experience with this location. My wife placed an order for 4 medium pizzas at about 430p for delivery on a Friday afternoon. Our order was confirmed and said that it should arrive within 45 mins. About an hour later, order tracking said it was out for delivery. About 20 mins after that, order tracking said with was still over an hour from being delivered. We are literally less than 2 miles from this location, but we understand deliveries are made with multiple orders. My wife called and the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude and told her the delivery is on the way and to have some patience. The person on the phone couldn’t provide an update of when the delivery is expected to be completed. We checked online delivery again and it had not changed from an hour. WTH?!?! We called again and the person on the phone, Rob, could not give us a straight answer. Finally, he said our order will be delivered and we will not be charged for it. My wife received an order cancelleation right after Rob said that, and that this delivery should be less than 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, still nothing. We were extremely upset because we had guests and we were all hungry. I called and spoke to the manager Juan and he said that there was a mistake on their part. We told him that he should be embarrassed at how our whole order experience transpired. Juan said he didn’t known what happened to our order, and could not explain the delivery issue. Never again will we order from Dominoes. We no longer have confidence in Dominoes, especially at this location that has a group of incompetent workers. HORRIBLE!!!!! We will share our experience with everyone we know. No order should be handled in this manner.

I ordered wings and stuffed cheesy bread for curbside pickup and when I got to the parking spot and clicked “Im here” no one brought my food out and I watched as someone brought back 3 boxes that looked like my order. I guess he picked up the wrong order. So I went inside and asked where my order was and they continued to give me the boxes the guest brought back. After I said I wanted completely new food, they refused to accommodate and kept saying “they didn’t touch it, you can look if you want.” This is completely unsanitary as they are claiming that the food was untouched but don’t know that for sure because the guest left the building with my order and went to his car. How can they guarantee that the food was untouched if the order was out of their sight for a period of time. This is the second time something like this has happened to me ordering from this location. The last time they brought the wrong order to my car and I had to bring it back inside. They really don’t know what they’re doing.
