We ordered a pizza at 1130 on tuesday night it was supposed to arrive at 1215 well it never came and now they want me to reorder or get 20% off the price of the order I never recieved. That is unexceptable, due to the fact that I never recieved any of my order. I want to be fully refunded.

First this place delivered a cold pizza to an address a 4 minute walk away. Thought I’d give it another try, the lady refused to sell me a pizza. Domino’s you need to close this location, it’s only making you feel bad. If your in the area go to the Mexican or Pho place both are good and will sell you food.

Just placed an order on the app and then about 15-20 minutes later they sent a notification on the app saying my order was canceled. I figured they probably had no delivery drivers or maybe they were closing soon so I called the location to find out if I could pick up the order. Nobody answered. I don’t know why they think it’s ok to cancel an order and not actually call the person or even answer the phone to let the person know they canceled and what other options they had. I was ordering pizza for me and my family. This is definately bad for business as I will not be shopping at this location any longer.
