It’s been years since I tried Domino’s, so I decided to give it a shot. Staff was friendly, but I should have checked my order before I carried it out, as I discovered when I got home that they failed to give me the 4 dipping sauces I paid for. Oh well, not a huge deal.

I placed an order at this restaurant for a large pizza with three toppings with thin crust. After arriving to the store one of the workers was putting the pizza in a box. I noticed that the pizza was very well done with burnt marks on outreach and Some within the pizza. I asked the worker if he could redo this pizza and cook it lightly done. He was nice when responding and asked me to wait while he go and get his manager. When his manager arrived to the front and I explain that I would like the piece of lightly done, She said that all thin pizzas Look like this regardless and she cannot cook it any different. I asked if she can cook the pizza but take it out of the oven before it turned dark/burnt like the one in the box. Well starting to get an attitude she stated that she will not redo this pizza. I informed her to have a good day and sorry for the inconvenience and I left. Totally unnecessary for that manager to display the type of unwillingness to redo the pizza and to display that type of attitude towards a customer. This took place on September 19 at approximately 5 o’clock in the evening. The location of this place was Walnut Creek California.

Pizza and pasta is a hit and miss at times. Pasta can have little sauce and times have just the perfect amount. It all varies. Pizza is tasty, sometimes not what you expect good and bad, and also chicken wings are sometimes too dry. Desserts are yummy. They do have bottled sodas and water. You should order the food online beforehand and pick it up. Prices are much more when you order at the store compared to the online ordering. No restrooms. No place to sit and eat. Very small. Parking spots are very limited as it’s in a small car lot.

I have been ordering dominos pizza for a long time now. Recently moved to Bay Area and the general quality of pizzas have been bad. I was hoping this store will do good considering the 3.9 rating. Got my pizza just now – overall poorly made. Too much marinara sauce, too little cheese – pretty much a red pizza. Drove 40 miles round trip and disappointed. I believe time has come to move on to other pizza chains.

Placed an order this evening at 7:20pm after waiting 35 minutes the site says they are still making the order. I called to see if there was an issue with the site and was told our order was ready but they only had 2 drivers and ours would be the next to go out. Another 35 minutes go by and we get a call from the store manager “Emanuel” saying they ran out of one item I ordered and asked if they could give an in store credit for that item for next time. I told them that was fine just bring the rest of the order. He tells me it’s going to be another 30-40 minutes! What?!?? I told him that was not acceptable we have already waited over an hour at this point and my kids are hungry!! He says they are short on drivers and have 30 orders ahead of mine! WHAT?!? On a typical Monday night? Come on! I told him to cancel my order and I would be sure to contact the regional manager. He offered to give me the number. I try calling and it’s the wrong number! I called back and asked for the number again he said “I gave you the right number” I asked him to repeat it. He gave all but the last 4 and asked me what those numbers were I told him I’d let him know if I wrote it wrong once he tells me what he provided me. He then says he is not allowed to give the regional managers number out! WHAT?!?!?! I said “So you intentionality gave me the wrong numbr?” He said “Yep, I sure did” UGHHH!!!! I have never been so angry! How rude! How disrespectful! Is this how Domino’s treats their customers?? I highly recommend NOT ordering from this store!

Staff is friendly, no knock on them, they deserve all credit, so 2 stars for their friendliness. And I wanted to support the local business community, so I tried 4 different pizzas over 2 orders. All dry, hard, thin, and with a cardboard flavor. To me, this just isn’t good pizza. Pretty sure this is just the way Domino’s pizza is supposed to be, though, and other people like it, so maybe it’s just me.
