After an hour and a half (the ETA that the app gave me) of waiting on one pizza and cheesy bread, I went to the store to see if they had mistakenly not updated the app. When I got there, I asked about the status of it and they had not started it yet. So I waited. While I was waiting, a vegetarian customer noticed that they were using one pizza cutter on all of the pizzas, and that pizza cutter had meat pieces still on it. They also had to ask me several times what my order number was. Pizza was good in the end though

Absolute abhorrent wretch of a pizza parlor. I would rather order from the Club Penguin Pizza place than this place. Nobody answers calls. Employee screwed up an order and they can’t even reimburse me without charging an additional 20$ for minimum delivery fee along with the coupon I was given for my mishandled order. Not to mention that you can’t even reach someone. I’m really hoping Domino’s corporate does something with this location because I don’t know how they keep this place running with this kind of service.

About 2 months ago we tried Domino’s after our favorite pizza provider sold/changed, and we had a disappointment from another local place. We are very boring people and appreciate more traditional pizzas, like combos. We tried different pizzas three times and each time they were tasty, timely, hot and what we ordered. We could even customize them. We don’t do delivery very often because our orders are usually made when there is a failure to cook at home and we don’t want to wait. They are very quick with pickup in 15 to 20 minutes. We have been happy to find this location close to us.

Fast delivery but the quality of food was absolutely terrible. The pan pizza was raw dough and we had to bake it in the oven another 20 minutes. The boneless wings were a blob of cheese and soggy breading, assuming from the sauce but might just be frozen breading that was thawed out when they baked it. The chicken wings were the worst – the outside was wet and slimy. There wasn’t much meat on any of them while others looked like the picture – resembling tumor filled fatty tissue. Didn’t end up eating for fear of getting sick. Really terrible quality ingredients. Will not return.
