Dominoes Pizza in Campbell is always on time and always fresh. I love the pan pizza it’s just right, toasted, crunchy bottom and not too greasy. Philly cheese is my favorite. The manager and also the delivery team are always available via phone, always helpful and super nice! I would recommend to eat at this Campbell location where you also have the option to pay cash on deliveries!

I remember ordering from this specific store a few times when it opened and they werent half bad. 4 stars on average like that’s nothing to scoff at. But I dont know if it was a change in management or inexperienced workers but at somepoint everytime we ordered a pizza it would always have WAY too much cheese. At one point we sent it back because it was basically cheese covered bread rather than a pizza. After that we gave dominos a break for roughly half a year and when we decided to order 2 pizzas to see if that’s still an issue, it unfortunately was. I sympathize with the low staff issue I mean I work in retail that stuff sucks but a good look into the making of a handmade pan might be in order.

After finding that they charge extra for every little thing, I ordered 2 pizzas around 10:45. Despite the app saying that the pizzas were delivered, they weren’t. I called and they said they’d be there in 10 min (note we live 3min from the store). We gave up on this and went to bed, only to be woken up (and our kids) to incessant doorbell ringing at 12:30. I told them we were asleep and refused the pizza and expected my money back, only for them to leave it on the floor at my door and gave my wife the finger. When I went to the store the next day, asking for my money back, I was told that it’s impossible to get my money back, and when I asked for the owners info, they said they didn’t have it and they don’t know who the owner even is.

Just another garbage Dominoes as are all the rest in this part of San Jose. Not a single store can bother to read a order thoroughly. If you don’t like that nasty garlic sauce they put on the crust, I don’t know what to tell you. They’ll put it on there no matter if you specify them not to use it. This one and the one on Prospect are both the same. Nothing but issues.

Missing items, cold pizza, took twice as long as said when ordered. I live in an apartment so when I got the text that the driver was pulling up, I went outside. Driver didn’t show up for 20 minutes. This place is 3 blocks away from me.

This place needs to be shut down. Like Yesterday. Ordered twice from there both times had to call the store to find out where our pizza was, as it says it was delivered. Come to find out it was delivered to the wrong address both times. Our food came late and it was on the floor on our doorstep. When we asked for a refund, manager was rude and said “No, you won’t get a refund.” Absolute disgust. I’m not sure why this particular Domino’s is still around. Read the other reviews here, it’s spot on with horrible customer service and rudeness. Order somewhere else, this ain’t the one. #saveyourmoney
