Please make aure to check your pizza before heading out. Ordered the pizza baked well done. It was cooked and boxed within 10 minutes of ordering. The cheese wasn’t even fully melted. The pizza was also not throughly cut. They did remake the pizza but I had to make another trip to pick it up

I just went here about 30 minutes ago, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrible customer service. We got the pizza, brought it home and the cheese was chunky and falling apart- not in the good way. It was also burnt yet obviously not cooked thoroughly. I don’t recommend going here at all.

I arrived at 11:15 pm because I thought it would be open and that’s how it was because his schedule says until 12 am anyway the woman at the counter told me well go that we already closed I claimed that, they can’t close like this and he told me that this was not my problem the truth this sucks, nefarious service!

Ordered a pizza and my driver arrived at my door upset because the number he called was wrong first off all he dialed area code 405 not 408 it was even written down on my receipt! Area code 408 he even repeated it to me & still dialed it wrong Not sure why he had to go back and forth with me for a mistake he committed before giving me my pizza. I was so confused as to why he was being so rude he was the one dialing the wrong person that’s why no one was picking up.

Came to this store some times before, and had a decent experience prior. Went here last week for pickup two pizzas I ordered through app. Came to know that the store was closed after reaching there. (Should have been updated in the app). The worst part is getting the refund. Have called them at least 3 times regarding the refund, still no response from them. Horrible customer service.
