This restaurant is gross. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. We came in and ordered, then I noticed the dirty counter top and looked at where the pizza was made. All open top containers. The pizza dough was exposed and the employees were not wearing gloves. The worst part was the windows between us and the pizza making area. We didn’t stay…gross

Excellent customer service by Raman! My order was incorrect (I made a mistake), she understood that it was a genuine mistake and stepped up to help correct it while noone else in the store could help. Worst domino in the area….order here, and they claim the order was delivered but never arrived. This wasn’t the first time it happened, so I stopped ordering from Domino….I advise you guys to pick Pizza Hut if you ever want pizza near Down san jose. They are more trustworthy and quick with your order.

Saw the manager drop an order on the floor, pick it up in front of several customers and send it out the door with the delivery driver. She didn’t even open the box to see if it was okay, didn’t remake it, didn’t care. I will never order from here again because she did it like it was normal.

The WORST pizza we have ever had. This was supposed to be a Pepperoni pizza with extra sauce, cheese, mushrooms and half pineapple. The dough was flat, there was no extra sauce, no extra cheese and no extra mushrooms … almost no mushrooms entirely. So, the delivery guy was great …he got them to make another but it was worse than the first one …they put mushrooms underneath the cheese so the moisture killed the dough. Well, I payed and tipped the delivery guy well, but till they get someone who can make a pizza right with fresh ingredients, we won’t be ordering from this location. I have a free pizza here from last night, who wants some?

This is very unacceptable I had ordered 2 medium pizzas garlic knots and 8 bbq wings I waited 1 hour my order didn’t arrive I called them they said they delivered it to the wrong house how is that even possible on top of that earlier today I ordered a order of garlic knots and it came right to my door but when I order again it doesn’t now I have to wait another hour just to get my order
