The service at this store is below satisfactory. Crew members need to be trained in proper customer service skills. One female crew member was very rude and quite disrespectful and was unwilling to listen to the situation. She was not willing to help (me) the customer find a solution.

Always putting someone on hold for more than you would even think is necessary. You could wait all day and not get any assistance. Not only that but you have to call in orders if you wish to pay with cash. They require any order in app over $25 to be prepayed through the app. Makes no sense, I could understand this for night time but during the day that’s strange. Makes you not want to order any type of pizza it’s too much of a hassle.

They always have great service and my order hasn’t been wrong. Never had an issue with this location. They’re always super friendly and help you as soon as they can. They do get really busy so please be patient if they can’t get to you immediately!!

I ordered on the dominos ap and they incorrectly made my pizza. They added pepperoni but we’re vegetarians as meat makes me feel sick. This was fine so we called in for a redo pizza and asked if we should bring them the incorrect pizza. They said no, keep it or toss it. When we went to go pick it up three employees working on April 29 from 11-1 ish gaslit and lied saying they did not make or cut a pizza with pepperoni. And the guy who picked up our call lied saying he didn’t tell us not to bring the pizza. Last time I order here, horrible experience.

By far the worst domino’s pizza I’ve had yet. I don’t normally do delivery and forgot when I have too it transfers me from the normal store across from Merced high to this one on main St. This is the second time this has happened and both times it has been horrible. Crazy how two stores in the same town can be so totally different. Don’t judge this review by domino’s in general because the merced high one is great. Horrible store horrible customer service food was absolute joke thumbs down.
