Ordered a pizza then got a call from a girl from the place saying their delivery driver had 2 orders to deliver and would not be back to the restaurant until after midnight. When I asked if I could just pick the order up she told me “No because of safety reasons”. Not very nice!

There’s a review on here from 4 months ago talking about how the delivery driver didn’t deliver the pizza to the right place. This exact same situation happened to us and the exact same response from the manager was used: “this driver has never made a mistake and I’m inclined to believe him”. We weren’t doubting that the driver dropped off the pizzas – in fact, we suggested the pizza was accidentally dropped off at the complex next to us, as it has happened with other deliveries before. We went to the other complex and picked up the pizzas, called the Domino’s to tell them, and said to cancel our order as they said they would remake our order. We then received a call from the delivery driver who refused to listen as we attempted to explain that this is a common mistake, instead trying to talk over us and tell us that the address he delivered them to was correct. Believe me, if I really wanted free pizzas I would not be ripping off Domino’s pizza, and I wouldn’t have called to tell the staff they didn’t need to remake my order. Rude staff and terrible service.

I went there to have their lava cake after not having it for years… when i tell you it tasted like vomit, it literally tasted and smelt like vomit. I couldn’t even taste the chocolate. WORST 9 BUCKS I EVER SPENT! I even felt sick and nauseous after taking a few tiny bites! I tried another one to see if the first one i picked up was just weird, BUT ALL OF THEM TASTED HORRIBLE. I still feel like puking, im not joking about it tasting like warm puke.

Pizza was never delivered as said. Was literally told “the driver has never messed up so I am more inclined to believe the driver than you”. By no means was I trying to steal 30 dollars worth of pizza. Horrible customer service. After multiple calls I finally spoke to the manager on duty and his response was then they are too slammed they won’t be able to re deliver for 2-3 hours. His only way to possibly correct this was to cancel my order. Not even an offer to remake quickly and have me possibly pick them up. Not sure the levels of service of this location are meeting the levels a Dominos franchise should have.

This location is our #1 preferred Dominos location. The delivery drivers are ALWAYS kind and courteous. They arrive with a big smile on their face. Every Friday and Saturday night this place is complete chaos. Pizzas that should take 30 minutes to make take about 1.5 to 2 hours to make. The app tracker completely lies about the amount of time that is needed to fulfill the orders.
