Placed an order that should of been ready latest 9:35p, which is what the Dominies tracker said. I go in at 9:40p to see 2 employees turning around and not paying attention to the register. They finally see me and they tell me my pizza won’t be ready for another 10 minutes. I return after 10 minutes and it took 5 minutes for the associate to find my pizzas. The pizza was good but they need more associates with more attentiveness.

Made a online order, directed me to their store, after 30 minutes they called me and said driver cant come to the area ur in as its not our area.. as a truck driver, this is a big inconvenience! Only 5 miles away from location, all they did was cancel my order and told me to come pick it up…

I have to give these guys kudos! I order pizza with them quite often (weekly) and only ONCE did I have an issue but when I spoke with the store they immediately fixed the issue, listened to my concerns, and anymore that’s hard to find with businesses. You guys are awesome from the kitchen, to the customer service, to delivery, quality, time efficient, and customer satisfaction!! Which leads me to believe great management as well!! Thanks for being my top choice especially in this time of Crisis.
