We liveaybe 50 yards from the store and ordered delivery bc we have covid. We never received our order and I paid a 20% tip. James was suppose to be the delivery person and Patrick supposedly checked for freshness for 45 mins.

If a negative star rating was an option then that would’ve been my first choice. I called in to place a carryout order and the “so called” manager by the name of George answered the phone and took my order. He was completely rude from the beginning to the end of the call and sounded like I was inconveniencing him. He continued to be a complete wise ass throughout the entire call and when I completed my order I said thank you and he hung up. I called back to cancel the order and asked to speak to the manager, he of course answered the phone and said that he was the manager. I find that hard to believe that Domino’s could not find someone fitting for a management position and that is the best that they could come up with. Anyways, I cancelled my order, he could care less about it which is fine by me too. Get a life George along with some managerial skills, you’re not doing me a favor by being an employee there so spare me your attitude problem. If you don’t like your profession which you’ve clearly chosen then go somewhere else, no loss!!! PIZZA HUT IT IS, NO ATTITUDE GIVEN!!!!!

I called Bishop to order pizza but the guy who answered the phone told me that Bishop Domino’s dont deliver in Kalihi area. He gave me the Fort Shafter number . My husband called the Fort Shafter and asked first if they deliver in Kalihi area then he put in the order. But when Delivery guy arrive and handed me the pizza, he told me he is not supposed to deliver the pizza in my area instead call Bishop next time, don’t call Fort Shafter.

After today I can clearly understand why this establishment has a rating of 3.8. Ken has to be one of the most unprofessional workers I have seen in any customer service field. I ordered a pizza for my office a day prior and couldn’t remember what type of pizza it was. So when I called, Ken answered and stated all the trouble he would have looking the pizza up; therefore, I asked Ken, was the person that I originally ordered from the day prior there, because he assisted with building the pizza. Ken stated he was there, but he was busy; therefore I stated I would drive over, because the exact pizza was requested. I clearly heard him say “Whatever” while hanging up the phone. It took me less than 5 mins to get to the establishment and here comes Ken telling me the person that assisted me a day prior was no longer there. I didn’t order a pizza and just left the establishment and will never frequent again. We will continue to order pizza for our office from the current vendor, no matter how far away they are.

We placed an order for pick up and realized when I got home that I had the wrong size coke. I called to get the difference creditted back, but the manager had left the store to bring the right size before I got off the phone. Very impressed with the customer service.
