We have ordered from this location a couple of times a month for 18 months. Everything was fine until my wife stopped eating dairy and we needed to start ordering her pizza with no cheese. It’s not like this was a special request we had to call in, it’s available to choose in the app. Unfortunately, the first time we ordered it, the pizza was burnt to a crisp. How that passed the “inspection” phase I have no idea. Ok. Maybe it was an off night. We tried again. Nope. Burnt beyond recognition. We held a prayer vigil for this poor pizza as no pizza deserves to be burnt that badly. RIP pizza. So, the next time we ordered it again and then CALLED the store to ask them not to burn it. They were very nice about it and the pizza was perfect. Thinking we had figured it out, we ordered again, called, asked them not to burn it…and it was burnt. Hmmmm. One last try, ordered it, called, and got a VERY rude employee who informed us that they couldn’t usually ensure it wasn’t burnt when they are busy but would “try”. And it was burnt again. Why offer an option for purchase that you are unable to make correctly? Why have a pizza tracker which indicates someone is doing a quality check when clearly that does not happen? And more importantly, in the app, why ask how the dominoes experience was, in the app, when no one reads or replies to them to make things better?

Are you kidding me? I’ve never ordered from this store, online ordering was down so I called the number it told me to place a delivery order, waited on hold for about 10 minutes only to have the only thing heard from the other line was the phone slamming?!? I work in customer service and I would never let my employees do such a thing. Normally I have empathy for people in the service industry but whoever did that. I don’t respect you. Or this store, horrible first impression!

I’ve been coming here for years and gotten nothing but good service. Tonight my tire went flat and I had to use their parking lot. A nice employee named sean came out and offered me a tire iron as I did not have one. He definitely saved the day and I appreciate him going out of his way to help me and my gf out.

The lake Oswego dominos was really good, locations and ownerships really matter and people don’t forget their pastas! And their sandwiches! There great for lunch. Buy a pi zza and get a sandwich or pasta for lunch the next day.

This Dominoes has never let me down. They let me order at 9:40pm when everyone around me was closed or closing. They always make my pizza right and it is never greasy. Always good and for the right price too. It is nice that I can rate them in the app and leave feedback. I always try to let them know that they are appreciated.

This Dominos seriously skimps on toppings. I have I pay more to order “extra” cheese, sauce, and all of my toppings or I get a dry round breadstick with like five of each topping on the whole thing.

I may be bias because I work here, but I have been ordering from this location long before I began working there. The workers have always been nice and respectful, they’ve always taken care of our orders and made sure they made and delivered it as quickly as possible. They’re very courteous, as we have dogs and without more information than that and no more instructions they always call first to make sure I have a warning before they all bark and a chance to come to the door first. Always has been nice and I still love the food! Especially now that I have been taught by the other workers how to treat the food with such care and how to make it exactly how we’re supposed to
