Order took over 50 minutes from order being placed to delivery. What ever happened to under 30 minutes or order is free? Or even $3 off if over 30 minutes? Order was missing item, specifically bacon cheddar tatertots, When I reported the problem on delivery insurance in the app I was given the choice of 60 pts to my account or 20% of next full menu Order, what I wanted was the item I ordered.

First thing. I had to Called several times over the few months and no one can answer the phone.second I had to go down and order it at the restaurant.third the pizza which I usually enjoy was less then great the last couple times. Some pizzas had barely any cheese!

They have always had great food and friendly staff. I do think they can improve on their car side delivery times though as I’ve gone in the store before after several minutes of waiting for my carside delivery and saw several employees standing around waiting for delivery orders, while my order has been sitting ready for 5 minutes.
