So I ordered a handmade pan pizza with Parmesan Bread Bites and what I got was a little disappointing. This is the second time I’ve ordered a side from this location where the side was pretty gross. There was no Parmesan to be found on these bread bites – it was just bread. I could hardly pull a piece of pizza out without pulling off other pieces with it. The crust does not look like your typical pan pizza (at least not compared to what I had ordered last time).

I gave two stars only because the delivery was super fast and driver was cool. The pizza however is the worst one I have ever had anywhere. The cardboard box had more taste than the pizza. Won’t be ordering from you again, ESPECIALLY since I still paid a 20 dollar bill for a half price medium three topping….

These kids need to learn a thing or two about a work ethic. Three orders in a row wrong…. I dont want your free coupons, I want my damn order to be right. Who payed for it? Not you. Therefore I deserve the product I ordered the way it was ordered, BY THE CUSTOMER! The supposed GM’s response? “We gave you pasta primavera instead” Why? Did the paying customer request this change? No! I want to know who the Franchisee is and I would like to speak to them promptly. Heres a thought in the meantime, Lets begin messing up these kids paychecks until they can read an order screen. Maybe then they can learn what it’s like to lose money and be offered a coupon in return…. By the way, my wife is allergic to tomatos so your little switcharoo cost us more in return by having to purchase something else.

These guys are on top of it. Great pizza, fast. Friendly, consistent service. The best national pizza chain in the Happy Valley area hands down. Make sure to use the $6.99 mix & match coupon and I recommend trying the thin crust.

good pizza, deliverer alexander was great. only thing is online order said id get garlic crust and i did not. its okay though i still enjoyed it. delivery fee of near 7$ for a 4 minute drive is outrageous lol!

I am so happy that this location opened up. Finally, I get HOT pizzas when ordering for delivery. I know distance is not something they can control but I always felt left out being all the way on this side of town. I ordered pizzas and a side and everything was so fresh and hot, I ate it right away! Best feeling, the only thing I would like to see happen is for their drivers to have plates and napkins in their cars at all times for those people that forget to ask when ordering online. Our deliver driver was nice about not having them though.

This place is AMAZING! We came in on opening day and they were so friendly and really excited to see us! They gave us goody bags, one for me and my sister. Our order was prompt and excellent! Best customer service ever. The kids who work here are adorable. Treat them well you Karens of Happy Valley or I’ll be coming for you!

We ordered both a Brooklyn and a pan…both pizzas were either too under cooked or rolled too thin and the grease made it soggy or something, but the center of both pizzas didn’t even pull out. I cooked them both longer on a baking stone at home. Still have to fork and knife them 🙁
