I ordered a pizza for delivery and was planning on paying for it when it got here and an hour had passed and so I called to change it to carryout and when I call at 11:45 the woman who Answered was extremely rude and said that they were closed. She said she tried to call me which was the wrong number. Nobody ever called me To let me know that they had canceled my order. And that they couldn’t do it now cuz they were closed. And they don’t even close to midnight. Double check with this place if u order cuz u just might be canceled without notice and be talked to rudely. I’d consider pizza hut if I were u.

I generally haven’t ever had a single issue with the pizza itself, and usually the delivery driver is absolutely great, they nearly feel like family when I see the same face often enough, I like that, and they’ve never been feeling entitled to tips and actually work for it, as it should be.

I ordered a medium sausage, pepperoni and peppers online through you location. It was to be delivered to 5330 NE Prescott. In the special instructions, under apt number, I put deliver to Michael Brech. This a care facility. When the driver got there, he didn’t have Michael’s name or didn’t read the ticket. There was a caregiver named Lynn there. That’s my name. She ate most of the pizza without knowing the residents name. Michael had one cold slice, after he asked staff about it. This was his birthday present from me! He ended up with one cold slice around dinner time. He was soooo looking forward to a hot pizza! I’m really disappointed. I’ve ordered pizza for him in the same way before and he always got it. What the heck happened?

The food is always good. We’ve ordered many deliveries over the last several months. Only once did we get a pizza made wrong. I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 with pepperoni, 1 without. All 3 came with pepperoni. I’m vegetarian, so now I have no food. I called the store, irritated and with some attitude. Even though I was a bit rude, the gal on the phone was very nice. She admitted that she remembered making them and acknowledged that she made the mistake. They sent us the correct pizza and I had food!

Pizza the way I like it in fifteen minutes. Words of advice, instead of your typical marinara tomato paste. Explore the large variety of other options. For example my favorite is the white garlic butter parmesan sauce. Or check out these picture of this creamy alfredo pasta sauce I ordered on my large 3 topping pizza for just $7.99. And believe me folks it taste as good as it looks.

When calling for delivery you get somebody from overseas taking your order that’s how your information gets stolen right there especially when you give them your card information not happening on my watch. Less than 2 mi from me I’ll call them again and got somebody from the store and the young kid tells me that I’m not in their area less than 2 mi from wow don’t people want to work anymore make any money

My son orders pizza every week or twice a week and they never asked for an ID now this idiot that went to deliver will not give my son the food because my son doesn’t have an ID I went the pizza store and I ask why would they not give him food and this idiot long hair that looks like girl tells me if you’re not ordering you must leave I told I’m not leaving until you give me my food that I pay for he stated saying bad words to me I reply the same way then he picked up the phone calling the police I told I’ll wait for the police I have problem I waited 30 minutes waiting police never came I asked the guy that was there who is the manager he said the one right there who is preparing the pizza.I told the guy what are you going to do about my order he replies your money was refunded I told him you should had told me this .they need real professional staff there .I will never order from this place.

They forgot my sauses. When I called they said it was in the box. Here is a picture of what I got. When I told them I didn’t get it, they told me I did and the manger Chris said he saw his crew put it in the box and all they can do is refund me a 1.50. So not only did i get my order get messed up they sat there and argued with me about it saying I was wrong. By far this is the worst Domino’s I have ever experienced. This store needs to do better at customer service.
