Domino’s is great, but this location is awful. This location’s delivery fee has ballooned to $8, so I opted for carryout. Arrived 2 minutes after getting a text that my order was ready, only to be told that they accidentally put one of my pizzas in someone else’s order, so I had to wait for them to make another one. Left the store 30 minutes later with one hot and one cold pizza.

Garbage! Tried calling the store x3 and no answer to fix order. “Chicken Alfredo” was more like chicken, very little cheese, and noodles. By far my worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.

I’ve always ordered from here, no issues. But, I recently got food poisoning and returned the pizza, 10 minutes after getting it, and told them the Italian sausage tasted weird and got me sick. He called me a liar, when I made no issue, and kicked me out the store. I was a loyal customer… never again will I return here and reported them to corporate and the city.

It’s Friday night, before 8:30pm and the food was of the lowest quality that I have ever experienced from any Dominoes store. My family and I love Dominoes, always have but this night it was as disappointing as could be. The look of the food was unattractive, to say the least, also everything was dry. It was as if it had been under heat lamps for hours. The sandwiches barely had any ingredients on them but also had incorrect ingredients. Spinach on the Philly cheese steak for example. Needless to say we are upset and the food has been tossed. Such a waste. May not be ordering from Dominoes for quite some time if at all. [SW Parkway store has lost a customer]

It’s hit or miss if your order gets to you within an hour. It will sit for 45-50 minutes while someone does quality check. Just drive to the grocery store and get one ready to bake, it’s faster that way.

Ordered pickup, came thirty minutes after order was placed to give reasonable time, saw them yell at an old man with a walker saying that it’s 45 minutes minimum before he could even order, then when it was my turn I was informed that it would be another 30 minutes for my order that was placed 30 minutes prior. I have been in food service and had rushes but the sheer incompetence on display is insane. The guy who was at the beginning of the pizza line was waiving his arms and yelling at everyone how long it would take when he could have just been working to reduce the line (if you don’t want the job then quit but I’m not here to give life advice). To top it off, I have never actually seen the store as staffed as it is tonight and I go frequently. It really just boggles my mind that the worker had time to complain but not time to work on orders (it is also mind boggling how no manager cared to tell their employee chill out unless the man who yells at old people in a walker is the manager). I know dominos isn’t some five star Michelin restaurant but they make McDonald’s seem like fine dining the way they treat people.

If you are charging for sauce…. can you please include it. I paid for it. Third time in a row I didn’t get what I paid for. Might be just sauce but you’re charging for it. Beyond that the food is good. It’s dry and all I ordered was the dipping chicken and a salad… so yeah 2 stars. I even tipped, to be then let down

This place has gone downhill fast in the last 6 months. Ive had all kinds of problems the last 3 times Ive ordered from missing sides (wings, bread), exploding soda bottles, ridiculous waiting times and tonight was a combination of cold pizza and toppings that slid off to the side from a bubble that formed while in the oven. Im done with this place. At least with Papa Murphys I can get a hot pizza out of my own oven and a heck of a lot faster!
