Today’s experience was one of the worst I have had with this location. I live 2-3 minutes away from location and order very frequently. Normally I receive great service, but tonight I didn’t. I placed my order online and followed progress. The preparation and bake time was forty five minutes. I fully understand this may be affected by being busy, however that’s three times as long as usual. Delivery took over twenty minutes and I saw the driver make two stops for other deliveries. I made a review on line when the order arrived and received a call from store within minutes. All I got was an excuse and unacceptable explanation for the delay of my order. After listening to the same simple responses a couple of times, I explained we were going nowhere and ended the call. I was frustrated and left amazed the way an attempt to address my negative review was conducted.

I ordered a med pepperoni pizza with ham and Italian sausage and garlic twists for delivery. I received a cold bbq chicken pizza and under cooked garlic dough. No one is answering the phone, you can’t really complain online or on the dominos website. I even paid 20% tip and the exorbitant delivery fee.

Normally this location has fast and friendly service with good attention to detail in orders. Tonight however was very different. The pizza, that I order often from here, was for an autistic child who will not eat more than a light amount of sauce. It’s never been a problem to order light sauce prior to tonight. I was delivered a pizza with full sauce and I called to ask for a replacement when I was told it was made with light sauce (it wasn’t) and another one would be right out to me. 40 minutes later I received another full sauce pizza. At this point I called and just asked for no sauce instead and was told that I’d have to pay for it or a delivery fee that was the same as the cost of the pizza in the first place. When I finally got the “manager” who was nothing but condescending the entire call to fix the issue, she hung up on me. When calling back to make sure the pizza was in fact coming I was told not to yell at them (I wasn’t. I even accidentally used a curse word and immediately apologized early on in the call.) and that’s why I was hung up on.
