Placed my order online it said it would be ready at 1:22 I showed up at 1:25 and they hadn’t even started making it yet. There were no other customers in the store and I couldn’t see any other pizzas in the oven. Not really sure why they never started making my order and when I asked if there was a problem with the app they said no they just didn’t make it. I would recommend that you call ahead even when ordering online because they don’t seem to make your food until you show up. I was on my lunch break and had to wait till 1:40 to get my food. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

First off I have to say I usually LOVE Dominos. I live out of the area so it’s a treat. A friend and I ordered online and went to pick up our food through the drive thru window. I had a $25 gift card, and gave it to the cashier. He offered to input it for me, went ahead and let him, only to be told it had $0 balance, which is weird because I had only recently received it as a gift and knew it had not been used. He then asked to keep it. I said no and took it back. I then checked the balance when I got home. Sure enough it has $25 balance left on it. Not to mention the food itself was definitely under Dominos usual standards. Very disappointing.

Be careful I ordered a couple pizzas and my total was 45 dollars. I gave the delivery driver $60 and was going to tip him with part of the change but he didn’t even offer any he just took the money and left. That’s a $16 tip which honestly if he would have even asked or gave me my change back I wouldn’t have even cared but he just automatically assumed it was all for him. I firmly believe in tipping but I didn’t think that was very nice.

A 3 dollar tip on a $10 pizza means your pizza sits in quality control for over 30 mins and you get a cold pizza .. never order here .. 6.99 for del plus 3.00 tip

Delivery was fine. Pizza was fine for being dominoes. What wasn’t fine was the fact they chose to give me crumbs for chicken instead of actual chicken pieces. Literally crumbs. Got maybe 3 pieces of actual chicken.

Our pizza was good and came in a timely manner. Our delivery driver Brandon was great! My complaint is that the receipt on our delivery did not reflect the tip we paid for when ordering. I called and inquired, was told it showed up on their end. It damn well better have. Brandon looked a little dejected. We tipped you, I promise! From now on, cash tips only so I know it goes where it should.

The food was fine but they didn’t deliver our drinks. I tried their “insurance policy” and their solution is a coupon for a free pizza that expires in 30 days. I’ll forget before that happens. I just want my money for the drink. Tried the store, on hold for 30 minutes!!!
