Visiting my husband since he works out of town with our four children and ordered $40 worth of pizza. We picked up and left assuming we wouldn’t need to check for all our items. When we got back to our room we noticed we didn’t have the 5 sauces we ordered. We called and they had to look up our number to make sure we weren’t lying. About 10 minutes later we got a call back admitting the mistake and said they wouldn’t deliver unless I paid a $5.00 delivery fee (I understand. I didn’t ask them and wouldn’t expect them to) but I could drive back to pick them up or they could give me a credit for my next order. My kids already ate at this point and since we’re just visiting I don’t need a credit. I let them know this and the only response I received was “okay.” I could have ran there tomorrow and gotten money back but that wasn’t an option. I let them know that maybe they should double check to make sure this doesn’t happen with other orders and I was hit again with a rude “okay” one last time then disconnected. It was just sauce but the fact they were rude, acted as if it was my fault, and wouldn’t let the refund be an option blows me away. This store absolutely needs retrained on customer service.

Last night I ordered a large hand tossed chicken taco pizza and it was great we really enjoyed it! I especially loved the crust, on top of great pizza it was deliver in maybe 20 mins after I ordered my pizza!! Addison I believe was our driver n he was super sweet n extra thoughtful n gave me napkins n plates when I didn’t even ask for plates. Thank you!!

I ordered a special pizza with all the meats, olives, mushrooms and pineapple. I maybe saw 5 pineapple and 3 mushroom slices. Some of the slices of pizza has ZERO meat on it. The delivery driver put the pizza right up against the screen door. I couldn’t open the front door. Where has the quality of pizza gone from Domino’s?
