The pizza got to my place quickly. It was so hot I had to spit it out at 1st. It was great tasting, hit the spot. I ate half of it myself. The delivery driver was pleasant & friendly. I will be ordering more pizza in the future. The store is far better than it was in the past. In fact I want some pizza right now. But it’s 2:40 am. Sad . Can’t wait till my next pizza

Today I just ordered and my pizza was dry and had been sitting for a while when I got it today when I called back to get it replace the female representative at the front counter was rude dismissive and hung up in my face, she kept putting me on hild without asking. Not sure if it is hot in the facility today but Lissy was impolite.

I’d rate this store 5 stars. BUT For 20 yrs we haven’t had a problem. I didn’t care to rate the store but Abby or ally the “mgr” at the federal way store near 320 st is the worst. She even said to me she’s been in the location for 5 years to try and get me to understand I was in the wrong. …… yeeeaaaa worst model ever. Time runs out for everyone. This store has been amazing for us. It shouldn’t waste its whole potential because of one bad manager.

Order #1205 made by Felicia. I’ve never had any issues ordering pizza from the Federal Way location but today all 3 of our pizzas were very disappointing. First off the 2 large pizzas were undercooked. We had to bake it again since we didn’t want to eat RAW dough!!! Secondly, my GF pizza was supposed to VEGETARIAN!! All I asked for was shredded Parmesan, jalapeños and green peppers. What I got instead was a chicken pizza with pineapples, jalapeños, green peppers and onions (I’m ALLERGIC to onions!!!!). So needles to say, I couldn’t eat the GF pizza which a paid $12 for a small size. Thirdly, all pizzas should’ve had extra garlic parmesan sauce but non on them did. Needless to say this particular order was very, very disappointing.

Omg….shortage on sauce? Pizza so dry and over cooked the crust cracked. Shorted me on boneless chicken, counted pieces that broke off as a whole 1!! Never again, I’ll stick to my local Domino’s.

Pizza as not the quality I expected from domino’s. One want cut. Both had large blood of grease in the box. Employee who delivered our take out pizza in the pushing lot was not very friendly. He just grabbed it and said here your pizza.

Over cooked Italian sandwich, with mystery burnt pieces. I called and asked for a replacement. The second sandwich was not over cooked, but tasted way to salty, like someone dumped a lot of salt on it. It was unedible and waste in $.

Food was as expected. Customer service was a bit lacking, bordering on rude. I understand that staffing issues these days lead to less than desirable customer service experiences, so I’ve adjusted my expectations accordingly. But that doesn’t mean that there’s ever a time where dismissive and rude customer interactions are acceptable. Do better, Domino’s!
