They messed up on my delivery tonight and I wasn’t happy about it, but they handled it beautifully. They remade my order and delivered it hot and fresh from the oven. This is the freshest Domino’s pizza I’ve had in a really long time. Nice job on the recovery effort!

Worked all day and finally got back to the hotel. I then I redownloaded and ordered from them because deliver 3rd parties add too much to the total… and they came through quicker and more reasonably priced!!! I’m a happy camper here!

My pizza was ready lightning fast, and my name was clearly on the monitor as done, which was awesome. Just o.k. because this isn’t how I expected or asked for my pizza to be cut. I prefer evenly sized pieces.

My LATER TIME REQUESTED pizza order was ready at my requested time and cooked perfectly. This pick up order was for dinner for 4 adults and 4 kids, from out of town for a mini vacation, staying at a hotel. We planned a pizza pool party for our first night.

I went for an in-store pick up after it was marked “ready” on Domino’s app. However, the delivery driver handling my order took one of my items to speed up his own delivery order and left the store. Meanwhile his item which now was pushed to me was still baking. I had to wait a full 10 minutes for the cookies to bake, meanwhile my pizza was there getting VERY COLD!. I had to pretty much to trash the pizza because it was unbearable, dry and cold. All that happened because the driver clearly took my item with him when my order was already marked ready. Unbelievable and disrespectful.

Called to place an order and the person who answered the call had zero empathy nor willingness to aid in helping me feed my guests. I asked for advice and recommendations and was given none; I asked to be delivered right across the street and was told that I still needed to provide the address, even though it’s customary practice for this place to have pizzas (from this very location) delivered all the time. Pizzas arrived 50 minutes later, not great either… meh at best.

it’s a complete coin toss if this will be worth the money. some times they get everything perfect, but I’ve also had cold/soggy pizza delivered, missing items, etc… for the prices they charge I don’t think it’s too much to expect quality here
