The institution that I work was having a simple lunch, so I decided to bring large pizzas. I had ordered with another pizza chain online, which I knew was going to be a headache. Needless to say, the order fell through not once, but twice. So at the last minute, I ordered five large pizzas and a salad via my Domino’s app. When I called to confirm in the morning, the friendly employee already knew what my order was (cell #) and said the pizzas were already in the oven. The pizzas then arrived about 10 minutes early, piping hot, which was great! The delivery person then brought the pizzas inside the building for me. I’m so glad the other pizza chain fell through – never again! Domino’s saved the day. We had a great lunch! Thank you!

Picked up my order and was informed before I payed that they forgot to put bacon and jalapeños in my cheesy bread order. They gave me one regular cheesy bread on top of my order for jalapeño and bacon cheesy bread for free. Great service!

Domino’s Pizza is just ok, much improved from years prior. It would be nice if the cooks new what extra cheese was. They have no problem knowing how to charge you extra for it. That’s why I gave on chain pizza thought I’d give it another shot. Will not be making that mistake again. Now I’m still needing my pizza fix. Lol

My family waited almost three hours for the pizza delivered. Horrible customer service without empathy. First call I made was to check the status, I asked about if changed to pick up, can I get a refund for delivery fees. I was told no so I said ok keep the delivery option.

I am impressed. The order was filled and delivered to us so fast. The expected time was a half hour and it was probably more like 15-20 minutes. The food was great – though too spicy for my taste. (Next time I’ll get the basic marinara sauce.) Highly recommend the Dominoes at Factoria.
