I always order pizza from here and have always been very pleased. Tonight I ordered two large pizzas and a twist dip at 6:30pm. I was informed my order would be ready by 6:50pm. I got here early and decided to come wait in the lobby. 25 minutes of sitting here and I’ve been witnessing a trainwreck. Cooks couldn’t keep track of orders, items missing on orders coming in before me. Orders being given to customers out of the oven before my order which was told to be next. The manager (or shift lead) sounds like a gorilla straight out of a zoo. Very disorganized, very loud, and very frantic. 30 minutes in and still waiting in the lobby for my order. Very dissatisfied with my visit tonight.

I ordered a pizza via Domino’s app almost an hour in advance with a scheduled pick up time for carry-out. I stopped by to pick up my order on time as the app said my order is ready. When I arrived, they couldn’t locate my order in the first place then asked me to wait a bit. 5 minutes later, they informed me that my order would be ready in a few minutes.

I liked the pizza (it’s dominos, so you definitely get what you pay for, but still it was quite good), BUT the card reader wasn’t working or something and they were not receptive to taking my money any other way. I tried 4 different cards, 3 credit cards and 1 debit card and the reader didn’t work with any of them. Tried with cards from different vendors.

This Dominos and their AGM David has single handedly saved my marriage and kept me off the streets. My pregnant fiancé needed a pizza and some wings and because of that you know that my life depended on this Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. I called ahead to make sure it was cool because I also work in food service so I’d totally understand the feeling if someone were to walk in an hour before close. But David and his other TM accepted me graciously and made my pizza, wings, and pasta with grace and precision. Bias circumstances aside, this was probably THE BEST service from a dominos I have ever received. 10/10 would come back to this Dominos again. 11/10 would invite David to my wedding.

The car side delivery mechanism need some work. They didn’t bother looking for my car and just makes the order as complete. When I talked to them they did not care about their customers and really wanted to let me know I needed to go away.

This is how our pizza came late last night with a bunched up receiptin it…complete carelessness. Not only that we purchased 3 pizza on the mix match deal were it clearly stated the total was $28 and some change. The driver charged us $38. I will be contacting corporate, and I will be getting my money back. They also forgot the sauce we ordered, and delivered the wrong pizza!
