I gave one star for the driver . The pizza quality is not good. Dry and cold . I’ve ordered last time and reported to the corporate . So I’m expecting they will do good the next time I will order . The same thing I’ve got. .cold and dry . And when I’ve tried to call they don’t answer . I’m not into refund or replacement .my point is people is working hard for the money we spent here . Plus we give tip . And the pizza is not cheap . From now on I will just buy the frozen pizza and put my own toppings on it . It’s actually better .

Always a bad experience at this location. We have placed carry out orders between 10-11 pm on weekends, just to get calls from staff saying “we have a lot of cleaning to do” or “there is no manager here and we are busy”. Well then remove your online ordering option. Your website says you close at 2:00am. Why are you closing your store 2-3 hours early? Completely unprofessional, and horrible customer service to take someone’s money and then refuse to complete their order. The few times that we do receive our order the quality of the pizzas are quite sub par. We will not be returning to this location again.

Ordered @7pm got the pizza @8:03pm. Talked to 3 different people, 2 guys 1 lady who is extremely rude. I was explaining to her my side how it’s always they deliver so late and how they don’t update the app always saying “prepping” and her comeback was just “I don’t know why you’re having attitude to me” like girl if you can’t commit to a proper service then don’t work!! NEVER AGAIN, unless y’all wanna wait an 1-1:30 hours for 1-2 pizzas up to you. I will be reporting this to the headquarters.

This place should honestly just close down ! Terrible terrible customer service. You will wait 1 hour or more for two medium pizza! They’re very unapologetic with their “we are backed up” won’t deliver to your car on the time established will not have it ready when you pick it up! Absolutely a joke. I placed an order at 5:50ish it said between 6:30-6:40 I showed up they said oh it’s at the bottom! We need another 20/25 minutes!

This is by far the WORST place I’ve ever spent my hard earned money at!!! I ordered my pizza at at 6:42pm 2/25/2023 and the app was stuck for 40 minutes on quality control. No text messages after I signed up to receive text messages. I tried to call this location and after five minutes of sitting, listening to a loop about dominoes somebody picked up the phone and just started hitting buttons as I’m saying hello over and over again trying to figure out where my food is mind you it is now 8:20pm and then got hung up on. I called back a second time to sit and wait in the loop for five minutes. Listening to how fast you get your food and how great their food is and then all for some snotty girl to answer the phone. When I asked where my food was she irritatedly asked what my phone number was and then said oh it looks like it’s just leaving the door now and I let her know that it was still stuck on quality control, and I received no messages and she said sorry I don’t control the apps and I told her of course I understand that you don’t control the apps I’m just trying to inform you of a situation, I’ve ordered my pizza over an hour and 20 minutes ago and still haven’t heard anything and not received my food. Very disgusting very disappointing. Would never go to this place again. I would recommend anybody else go to a different location. When you spend $60 on two medium pizzas and some chicken, it’s kind of depressing that you don’t at least get good customer service when you’re calling to ask where your food is. Would give this place no stars at all if I could!!! Whoever that girl was that answered the phone I was so annoyed at the time but I should’ve grabbed her name because y’all need to let her go. She should not be in customer service definitely not her field of expertise. Utterly shocked and stunned how unprofessional and rude the employees were!!!

Never again! Pizza never came! Rude managers and team in place there. They need to purge those people running that store! Be careful you won’t get your order or money without checking. Its very sad. I used to love this place! Do yourself a favor and don’t order there online especially.

We’ve had a consistently bad experience here, unfortunately. It seems they have trouble staffing this location, but it’s the worst in the area in terms of wait time and consistent quality. When they get busy they remove the online order option. I especially wouldn’t recommend ordering on those days. Want to order extra cheese? You’d better call and make sure they know you actually want it, or else you might get less than what you’d consider “regular” cheese. It’s the busyness, I’m sure.
