Came to this location tonight and the service was spectacular. My pizzas were on time and PERFECT. The sauce was perfect and amazing topping distribution. I came in about 7:30, a busy dinner time, and still received hot and quick pizza that was some of the best I’ve ever had. Yesterday I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza was burnt, the cheese was dry and bubbled on top. We eventually threw the pizza away. I didn’t call and complain because I had guest over to watch UFC, and I didn’t have time to make another trip. Plus, someone had brought pizza from another establisment that was pretty good.

Absolutely the worst. Ordered once, “we have no drivers for a half hour, it will be one hour”. Fine. 2 hours later the pizza shows up. Cold and they didn’t bring our extra sauces. Fast forward…ordered online, immediate call, “manm, we don’t have any drivers, do you want to pick up? No, that’s why I ordered for delivery. Snotty attitude. If you’re not going to have drivers, say online that you don’t. Ugh!

Amazing customer service at this location. Shout out to shannon for being so pleasant and so willing to make sure that I enjoyed my experience. I somehow ordered from a different store when I made it to pick up my pizzas here we found that they didn’t have an order. One of the new young ladies took my order and offered to help me told me it would be about 10 minutes for them to make the new pizzas. I’ve stood in the lobby waiting and was asked by a nice gentleman named Matt if I had been helped literally as soon as he came to the door dropping off a delivery. Oh I noticed they were all very clean washing their hands they worked very well together. And shannon provided me with paper plates napkins and some really awesome Domino’s cups and mentioned he didn’t want me doing the dishes tonight. Five stars for this locationAmazing customer service. Ordered 2 Brooklyn pizzas, went there and they made 2 hand tossed ones, I asked if they are sure that’s a Brooklyn style pizzas. With so much confidence he was lying saying yes they are. What he didn’t know was I worked In dominos for 2.5 years. I know the menu like the back of my hand. Also the Parmesan bread bites were dry with no garlic powder and oil. I don’t really put bad reviews unless I really have to, but hearing him lying through teeth was so disappointing like trying to fool me.
