First time and last time I order from this location. I tried it because it was closer than the usual location I typically go to. I ordered a bunch of items at 8:45pm on Friday night. Didn’t get delivered until 10:45ish. I called at 10ish, and they said that they didn’t have any drivers and it would take another 30-45 minutes for my order to arrive. When it came, I was missing a Coke. The bread bites we ordered (36 count)? We got a 16 count. To top it off, the one of the pizzas we ordered came in a crushed box. I emailed the manager the next day. Not even a reply as a courtesy. Next time I’ll spend my money elsewhere. This location sucks!

Terrible quality out of this location, everything this location does is bad, poor build, poor bake, poor delivery. Hope this franchise closes soon so the one on 196th covers the area again, while not perfect they are at least able to make, bake and deliver pizza consistently.

The deliverer left my order at the wrong address (and then tried to argue with me when I called and spoke with her) and I was assured they would make a fresh order and deliver it which never happened. Not sure if they driver snuck back and retrieved the order from the wrong house and put it on my doorstep or if the neighbors did, but an hour later my order was sitting outside, freezing cold in a soggy box. The customer service communication was awful. Never again. And please don’t send me a free pizza coupon that ends up being $15 after all the taxes, delivery charges and tip.
