Cheated out of a free pizza for car-side delivery. We parked outside the store, the order said ready, we hit start timer and an employee came out with the receipt and said part of the order was still coming out of the oven. She apparently stopped the timer when she did this – making sure we didn’t get the free pizza we were supposed to – and we waited another 10 minutes to get our food. In what world does having the receipt constitute as a completed delivery?

Get pizza from here regularly. Not great not bad. However seems like its going down in quality . Got meat in a veggie order twice. Staff were good to either replace or refund however this happening twice at the same place makes it bad for the reputation of the location. Definitely will try and go somewhere else.

2nd time I’ve ordered at this location where the pizza had very little to no sauce. I called and complained last time but apparently the staff didn’t get the memo. Also on the handmade cheese pizza the toppings all slid into the middle making a cheese puddle leaving 1/2 the slice bare. At least they are on the cheaper price for pizza.

I can’t say perfect because one time we got a bit of a wonky pizza here, but every other experience here has been great. Every person and machine have their off days, right? So, five stars from me, it is. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Pizza is good, too.

That’s not cheese folks! We arrived at home and bit into our pizza only to spit out out as it clearly was not fully cooked. I took the cheese, pepperoni and sauce off and I pulled the piece in half and the dough stretched out and became stringy indicating our order had not been thoroughly baked. Since when has Domino’s turned into take and bake? To top it off, the app gives you an option to alert the store you’ve arrived so you don’t have to wait. Yet I am in the store with no one in site, calling “Hello?” a few times with zero response. Finally I see someones head pop up on the other side of the oven and I was able to ask for my order. Attention to detail failure on so many levels.

Not only were they running 20-30 minutes behind the lady at the front counter gave nothing but rude comments and looks. Sorry I didn’t want to wait when I was told it would be ready by a certain time I’m usually understanding if it’s 5-15 minutes and I think that nice but when I get there and they tell me it’s not going to be ready for 20-30 with attitude. That’s not customer service.

Went in and I usually order online, they were super busy. I was able to order my usual 6.99 deal medium pizzas and it was ready in about 10-15 minutes. The guy at the counter was new but was helped fast and he was fast as well. All around a good experience, they had inside sitting and a place where someone could sit and wait, it is a small area so where u sit and eat it is like a one sided tall table type of sitting looking out the window. There is also a black board where people can draw. I always order from there and have had very little issues. I do recommend this place

Ordered online, app said delivered. Not delivered. Called to ask for $back, Customer service was rude but said they’d make another and sent it. 18 min later after they said they’d send a new one and it’s still not here.
