Last 2 orders put in online/app for store pickup it took longer than usual for orders to be ready- 35-50 minutes…. I usually get the order in when finishing up at another place, drive over & still waiting long time.

I called in an order completed ordering and was listening to them. Read my order back to me when the phone got disconnected on their end. Never received a call back when I came to pick up my order I was informed my order was never placed and that I have to wait another 45 minutes. for the order, I just drove here and placed at the counter to be made This is an hour and a half waiting for two pizzas.

Pretty disappointed with how our pizza has come out the last 2 times we have ordered from here. It has been overly greasy like they just dumped butter, grease and crumbs all over the crust. Literally piled in the back of the box and the bottom of the box was leaking grease through (obviously pizza is a little greasy but this was over the top). Cant say ill be ordering from here any longer. Used to be good not sure what happened. Seems they have stopped caring about the quality of their food.

Took 2 hours just to get 1 large pep pizza, after 1 hour of waiting I called and was told my ordered had BARELY made it into the oven. Shouldn’t take that long for one pep. When I called to see what was the update on my order and discuss options they said the only thing they could do was change my order to carry out instead of delivery, how is that any help? I would still be waiting the same about if time. Ridiculous.

I work in Seattle and I live in gold bar. So every night I drive right through Monroe. I was trying to find some way to eat something decent on the way home and I saw that Domino’s was open until 12:00 a.m. I called their qq phone number and told them what time I would be there. The lady on the phone told me I should try to order a little bit later since my order would be done earlier than I would arrive. I said okay and called back at 11:40 to place the order. They took my order and then tried to submit it and then informed me that the store was closed. So now I am not quite sure what I will be doing for dinner tonight, but definitely disappointed that the store is not honoring their hours of operation. Looks like another night with Jack in the box which is not really my favorite. Have a great one!

Today 1/27/23 my husband went in & ordered 2 medium pizza’s.reg crust. Came home and opened them. We got thin crust cut up in squares and dried out.we live 40 min.away. one was a sausage/pepperroni. It had mushrooms which I can’t eat. I’m so disappointed.
