I usually don’t rate fast food, but this particular Domino’s location has always exceeded my expectations. Besides the pizzas being pretty good (Domino’s has really upped their game in terms of quality), the customer service is consistently top-notch. Every time I’ve gone to pick up my order, the employees are always very kind. Always smile and thank me for my business. This in itself makes me continue to come to this Domino’s location. Tonight when my daughter tried to order wings from the Seattle Hill Domino’s in Snohomish Washington, the girl who answered the phone was rude in response to an attempt to politely ask a simple question. After refusing three times to answer, the girl hung up! When my wife called to order, she also was treated rudely.

I am pleasantly surprised with Domino’s pizza! Haven’t had it for many years. Pizza was delicious, crust is perfect. Even warmed up next morning- it still tasted fresh and the crust is soft and not dry.

We ordered a day after Christmas which seemed to be everyone else’s idea and as a result, they were insanely busy. I called to get a status update and I appreciated the employee’s sense of transparency to let me know exactly where I was in their very long list of orders. It took about 2 and a half hours ultimately, but it was the honesty and friendliness that made me leave this good review. The pizza was great when we got it!

I order from this dominos at least 2 times a month. Most of the time the pizza is really good and me and my family enjoy it. But a few times it just wasn’t right and once they got my order completely wrong but other then that waiting times are ok but the store is clean the music is nice and the staff are always friendly. I def recommend this place I’ve ordered 90 plus times and maybe 3 times they got something wrong.
