ordered a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni pizza and meant to order contactless delivery, delivery guy definitely saw me waltz around like a crazy person hesitant to open the door as i was not dressed for the occasion. the guy was very nice and the handoff was less embarrassing then i thought it would be. when i got inside and ready to rip into what i thought was a pepperoni pizza i was disappointed to open the box and see i had ordered cheese, i typed in dominos in my contacts and called right away and assured them it was my fault but they assured me they’d have a pepperoni pizza made and brought to my house. this made me nervous and raised lots of questions; would i have to pay again? do they want this cheese pizza back? i don’t know what was going through my mind but i took a bite out of the pizza i didn’t want. i totally freaked out, this was embarrassing. i waited impatiently for the guy to arrive at my house again and made sure i had my cash ready to conquer any trouble i might have with the second pizza, i opened the door (same guy) he handed off the new pizza, i asked him if i owed him anything he said no. i love this dominos if i could give 100 stars i would this dominos is patient and one time stayed on the phone for 45 minutes answering my dumb questions about their brooklyn style crust, as a person who works in customer service i’m not sure why i did that but they were amazing. love you!

Ordered contactless delivery and asked food be placed on a piece of patio furniture. Driver literally tossed food to the ground, not 2 feet from furniture, and walked away. Not impressed! If they will do this with your food when you are looking, what do they do when you are not looking?!? Will not order through them again.

The pizza was amazing like always. The sandwhich tasted great too, but the size of the sandwhich is a disaster. I wish I had a picture of their other subs because they are much larger. I called the store upon seeing this small boi to confirm this is how the buffalo chicken sub is made and they said yes. It’s so much smaller! The person who answered the phone even agreed that when he was making it he noticed its size or lack there of. I wish their was a warning or someway I could have known it’s smaller, definitely would not order again.

When I went to pick up the pizza it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t hot as well. Very dissatisfied with this result. I thought they keep it in a warm heating oven. So then why is it not hot?
