Don’t generally expect much from delivery pizza, but this place is bad. My kids love pizza (don’t they all) so we order from here as it is close by. But the last two orders were horrible. The first wasn’t even the pizza we ordered. The driver was apologetic and offered to have a new pizza delivered. But then called me and said because it was an online order they wouldn’t do that 🙁 what!!! But they would credit my account for the mistake, but they never did. The next order was the right pizza but there was almost no cheese or sauce….boo .

$50 order one of my pizzas was wrong and I get multiple jalapeño STEMS on my pizza … rule of thumb if YOU wouldn’t eat it neither would a costumer. Taking my business somewhere else

I’ve been ordering delivery from this place for over 5 years. The wait time has become absolutely unacceptable. Delivery guys are always nice and pizza is awesome, but waiting for up to 1 or 1.5 hours is a pain. I will be looking for a different option. Good luck.

I’ve ordered a large pizza and a garlic souce…and when I asked the casher about the souce he said it’s inside the box. And when I got to home and opened the box I didn’t find it…this is the second time in row. Your just stealing my money!

Well, to start with it took talking to 4 grown adults before I could simply get a topping from one of my pizzas put on the side, and not on my pizza. That apparently was asking too much, or too hard for them to comprehend. Next, when I arrived to pick up my order they did not give me the 3 marinara’s and 2 icing’s I ordered. Luckily, I caught it before leaving. When the kid came back he only had 2 of my marinara’s. But, decided to just let it go and get home. When I get home I realized that they forgot the 2 liter that is suppose to come with the order. The pizza’s were stale, the parmesan bites were burnt, the cinnamon things were burnt and stale. When I called to get the situation rectified, the manager basically said that I can spend my time and gas to come back and get what THEY forgot to give me, and that’s it. Would not refund me my money for the garbage food they gave me. Didn’t even offer a replacement for anything, or at the least a desert for the inconvenience. The manager said that other than giving me the items they forgot, I can call corporate and place a complaint, then just hung up. Horrible customer service. Rude. Unapologetic. Sloppy. Poor quality food. Incompetency.
