One star is more than generous for the treatment I received tonight. Ordered online and went in to pick up pizza. Was met with total chaos in the store – employees clearly stressed out and snapping at each other. They couldn’t find my order, and when I tried to tell the “manager” that I wasn’t even sure my order went through and would check my credit card account later, and just wanted some record of our conversation in case there actually was a charge, she cut me off, and told me I was condescending and rude and “could leave now” (while rolling her eyes). I was stunned at her response since she didn’t even listen to what I was trying to say. I tried again to explain what I was trying to do and she cut me off again and told me I would be happier giving my business to Pizza Hut. I have been such a loyal customer of theirs, giving them my personal and professional over the years, and there have been other issues, but never anything like this. And to top it off, she refused to give me the manager’s name, owner’s name, or her name. Wow! I can’t believe how bad customer service can actually be sometimes. It’s really sad.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! My BLIND mom called and order 2 pizza’s (I belive a call center took the order not the actual store) the order was completely wrong. My mom called to ask if she could get the correct pizza made she doesn’t want a refund and the DISTRICT MANAGER yelled at her on the phone and said she isn’t getting a *#@& refund or correct pizza’s how it comes up on the screen is how it is deal with it.

Ordered 2 pizzas but one was supposed to be cheese. Called but they would not deliver us a cheese pizza that we paid for unless we paid a delivery fee. We already picked up and it should have been their dollar to get us the correct order. Very disappointed. Not the first mistake so I’m writing a review this time to inform others to check your order because they don’t.

There pastas Usually over cooked and has hardly any sauce. Burnt edges. NEVER bring out the dipping sauce even though they charge for them. Then today instead of the parmesean bread twist with a side thing of marinara sauce we had ordered they gave us just plan a** bread twist with ranch all over them…soooo irritated at this point.

Unbelievable! I placed my order via the phone for delivery, gave my Credit card and waited, and waited and waited. When I called an hour an a half later the store said they cancelled my order because they were too busy, NO PHONE CALL BUT YET CHARGED MY CARD.
