In the past I have really enjoyed pizza from this establishment. Their 2 minute guarantee for car side delivery was awesome. The problem i have is that they have changed the way they implement the program. Before if it took them more than two minutes to get the pizza out to my vehicle I would be credited a free pizza, unfortunately now it seems that they just stop the timer before the two minutes is up and then I end up waiting several more minutes, up to 15 more minutes before my pizza is brought out to my vehicle. This defeats the purpose of the program and has really alienated me in a way that has caused me not only to distrust dominoes integrity but to also stop buying their products. Shame on you dominoes employees for circumventing a program that when implemented properly was giving me reason to buy your products weekly. I no longer engage in business with domino’s pizza.

Horrible service! Ordered a pizza with no garlic oil, but of course they put garlic oil on it anyway. The cashier was nice and offered me a remake or a rebate. The manager overrode her and said he would do neither. Refused to look at my email receipt on my phone. And went out of his way to be rude about it. Don’t waste your time or money, go elsewhere.

I’ve tried for the past three years to see if the quality of their customer service would change. It has not. The customer service is terrible. I would give them half a star if I could. I call and the young man asks for my name..I give it to him..he proceeds to call me by another name..first name the same last name clearly different then he tells me that I didn’t order anything because he couldn’t find my name. I then give him my wife’s name…he pronounced it different than what I provided then gave him the last name and he says we don’t have an order for either name. I call back with an order number..speak to a young lady..she tells me I have an order but it won’t be ready for over an hour even though we ordered over an hour ago. Her enthusiasm was SUPER LUKEWARM and the way that she addressed it was very unprofessional. I didn’t call to talk about other orders. She tells me about other orders and then how long my order will take. I don’t care. I’m a paying consumer and I just wanted a straight answer which I didn’t get. “Sir, we are extremely busy and haven’t prepared your food yet” Is there anything we can do or anything we can offer you for this inconvenience “? Take a page out of the Bonney Lake Chick-fil-A playbook…very conscious and very professional. Whomever owns this Domino’s needs to retrain the staff including the management. Train your staff to care and not to provide excuses. I will try pizzahut now…or the neighborhood pizza joint…at least I can get answers and the truth.
