Our residents at an assisted living facility order from this location a lot, the delivery people always come inside to hand deliver to them. But today the delivery person didn’t bother to get out of his car when delivering the pizza. Our doors were unlocked, as we were awaiting delivery to our building. The elderly resident couldn’t get out to the street, so what he was thinking is beyond me. He called the number but when she didn’t answer, he just proceeds to drive away! Never bothered to get out of his car! Called to inform the manager, and the manager basically blamed the resident for “not being ready” when he drove up with the pizza. Since when does Domino’s require you to walk out of your residence to pick up your pizza curbside?

This is hands down the best dominos pizza my husband and I have ever had, ever. Whoever was working on July 29 at 7pm needs a raise, actually. It’s 91 degrees out and they made the absolute best pizza we’ve ever had with a great attitude. We’ve had other pizzas from this location in the past that didn’t come close to the glory of these beauties.

I ordered pizza and cheesy bread with sauces. When the driver arrived, he came to the door and admitted he forgot the sauces. Before I could say anything he took off with the hot food. Frustrated, I called the shop and the employee was rude and told me the driver would return. I asked for the manager and both employees were rude and would not give me their name. Although, my address, phone number and credit card information is available to them. I called the next day to speak with the manager, who was indifferent and sounded very young. She didn’t even though the difference between a “franchisee” location or a “company” location. She said since she had not worked that night she can do anything. She also said she couldn’t give out the owner information. Suggested I call corporate, which I did. Spoke with a very nice lady only to get an email almost 10 days ((I called again and left a message during that time). The email said “so sorry, they are independent businesses and to contact the owner. Nothing happened. So, if you are looking for decent customer service, avoid this location. I all wanted was a refund

This Dominos consistently gets our oder wrong. Today, we got 6 wings instead of the 8 we ordered, not to mention we got Habanero when we ordered BBQ. I called to let them know and was promptly told it is their new policy that they don’t care if they screw up your order if you walk out the door without checking. As a former dominos employee I find this unacceptable. Quality has gone way down. Guess pizza hut is worth going to from now on.
