Ordered at 5:45, supposed to arrive 6:15-6:25, didn’t get it until 7:35, missing one of the toppings, clearly been out of the oven quite a while, also missing the bread bites they said they’d include on the phone for lateness. $27 (w 20% pre authorized tip) for a medium delivered. Then for the next half an hour the online system wouldn’t let me access the delivery insurance feature. I’m only giving two stars because after I asked on the second call they said next pizza was free.

The experience thru the app & online has been less than stellar. Items are either wrong or cold. Also tried the “new” tater tots with cheese and it was BURNT, not melted all the way around the edges which made it taste like cardboard. 3 out of 4 that ate it said!

I got a pizza from here for lunch as I work late and would be able to eat it for dinner too. I ate a couple slices and instantly felt the effects. I got home after work and my body felt weak and my stomach was hurting bad. I vomited once and hoped it would be the end but I was wrong. I spent the next 12 hours vomiting and trying to sleep. Could only work a couple hours the next day before I had to give up and go home.

The manager was rude yelling at everyone including the customers I ordered online at 6:36 pm and then waited in store for over an hour for 1pizza, 1order of bread bites and a salad. When asked how much longer the manager snapped at me. The kids were working there butts off and the manager kept yelling at them and blaming them will not be back
