Ordered on a Friday night. Expected a wait. 45 minutes after our expected delivery time finally got our pizza. Got one of our pizzas wrong. When I called to ask about it, I got hung up on. Decided to give them another try. Got the wrong pizzas again, so my son with an egg allergy couldn’t have any of it. We could not get them to answer the phone at all. We tried multiple times and waited on hold for 20+ minutes. Finally got on the website and they tried to give me a discount on my next order, not even a free or replacement pizza but I don’t ever plan to use this location again.

Ordered pizza via app and had to wait 1 hour to pick up the pizza! One customer walked in, and the employee literally told them they needed to wait for one and half hours. Poor customer service, and store is disorganized. Avoid this store if you can. Definitely the worst dominos I ever had.

I have eaten at this dominos a few times. Never have I had customers service like this! I order my food online just to go pick it up and it looked like a truck ran over it. And the pizza not fully being cooked. The crust was still doughy. I found all this out when I got home. I’m 6 months pregnant so this could have affected me and child. I will be calling customer service first thing tomorrow morning

Poor customer service, very disappointed with my interaction with this location. I was hung up on before my first request was confirmed or before I had the chance to put in my last request.
