This location sucks! If I could give them a lower score I would. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this location. 4th plain and Kauffman. I ordered online and when I went to pay my payment went through but then it said that there was a problem with my and to try again but it took my money and when I called to find out what was going on. It took 45 minutes before I spoke to an actual person. I explained what had happened and they said that they didn’t have any record of my order. I asked them then for corporates phone number and they put me on hold again. After 3 hours on hold. I hung up. I give this store 0 stars!

Domino’s in general is not my favorite pizza chain, but they’re everywhere and do have some good menu options. I am fond of their parmesan bread bites, which I was craving on an empty stomach. I have no complaints from this location at all, they delivered my food promptly (not making me wait at all like at other Domino’s locations I’ve visited), and it wasn’t overly greasy. Service was quick and nice, and the store itself was clean enough.

Too bad your online ordering hasn’t worked for a long time (months). I can’t imagine the business you’re losing. With phone employees I can barely understand who can never explain why this is happening you offer no customer service but maybe you just don’t care. That’s the feeling you give customers.

I order dominos alot, never have a problem with them delivering to my apartment. But for some reason when I ordered tonight they said my saved address didn’t have an apartment # on it and so they marked my order as complete so i would call. They claimed they called my number twice but no missed calls and no voice-mail. The guy I talked to said they would send it out again and an hour and a half later I still have no pizza. So I called the store, and sat on a wait line for 10 minutes before I just decided to hang up and get food somewhere else. Wont order from this location again.

I cannot believe the driver he is the rudest is have ever seen. I have two driveways with a loop and separating to drive are big pots with plants that act as blockers so people don’t drive in my grass. This driver drives. Around my cars around my pots through 40’ of grass pulls up 4’ from my front door. I open my door and I’m blinded by his headlights. I said what.are you doing driving through my yard this is not ok. He said well I didn’t want to walk….!!!’ I’m so mad this guy obviously has zero care for my property but zero care that I’m unhappy he don’t want to walk. Now I have nice tire marks through my grass up to my door. I’ve never seen anything like it. Someone better fix this situation I’m so mad.

Worst pizza u could waste ur money on. They screw up ur order every time, and I don’t know what they do to the pizza but my wife was puking within 5 min of having one slice. Got a confirmation email at 6pm on order, about 15 min after said was in oven, at 6:30 the app. said it was ready for pick up. Went into store told me it was going to be 10 min longer. Watched other people pull in get there stuff and leave. Did not walk out with my order till about 7:05. Med pizza with 16 piece parmsean bites. Not a big order and not even an apology either. The stuff was good but I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. Not the first incident either neighbor even warned me about this place.
