This place has horrible customer service. Wasted over $60 on pizza we couldn’t even eat. Two of our pan pizzas came literally half raw. You couldnt pick the pieces up without them falling/pulling apart because the dough wasn’t cooked. When we called the store they agreed to send us new ones. We waited an hour and no pizzas. Called and then found out the driver left them outside in the cold with no knock or anything for us to know they were delivered. Again they were half raw. Called the store back and the worker accused us of lying stating the pizzas are partly undercooked normally. We always order pan pizza and these weren’t just a little under cooked they were raw. I was pulling off chunks of raw dough. Called the following day and was told to call back to get a refund from the manager the next day. When I called back he was quite rude and refused to refund me all while saying I was yelling at him, which I was not and then he hung the phone up on me. Extremely unprofessional. We’ve been ordering from this location for over 3 years and have never had such a gross and disappointing experience. It’s sad we had family over and none of them could even eat dinner.

Tried ordering pizza at 11:15. The online ordering said any orders made before 12 am when they close will still be delivered. They canceled my order. Tried to order again and call the store, received no answer and both orders were canceled. 9 month pregnant mom with 3 children. And no car. Why leave the notice saying food would be delivered if you’re not going to honor that!

Stopped at store on way home to place order as online order wasnt working from phone. No way to get the same deal in store. Have to order online. Drove home, ordered pizza, drove back to store to get pizza, drove back home again. Doesnt matter at this point if the pizza is any good, the experience of getting it SUCKED.

Fast and delish at 6 on a Sunday. Went inside ordered. Was ready in 10 mins. Nice. Clean. Had a friendly guy at front counter. FYI small and large pizza the same price on carry out $9.99!

Abbi provided superior service when I called to add items to my delivery order (which was placed right before closing). She was friendly and understanding with the eagerness to satisfy my needs when I’m sure all she wanted to do was clean up to go home. I expected to have been met with gruffness from staff and I was pleasantly surprised with such positive attitude and support! Much love.
