My boyfriend and I love pizza! Dominos has always been a favorite pizza joint! We are new to the vancouver area, and after a bad experience at another location, we decided to give this spot a chance to gain our business! On top of a 50% off any pizza coupon, the customer service rep gave us another 30% off our total! She was very friendly and our pizzas were awesome! Thanks for serving us a great lunch! Had a craving for some carry-out pizza and decided to come to this location. I placed an online order and arrived at the recommended time. My order was hot and ready to go! Their pizza sauce is super flavorful and delicious. The toppings (olives & pepperoni, and chicken & onions) were really good. Nice, crispy medium thickness crust. Highly recommend!

Supposed to be open till midnight is what it says online and on the door, no sign saying they were closing early and their open sign is still up… usually this is our preferred dominoes but this was extremely frustrating

I didn’t get what I ordered and when I called the store, I waited on hold for 7 minutes. Hung up. Called again. Was on hold another 5 minutes. No one ever answered. I sent a picture of what I ordered (and expected to get) and a picture of the pizza I got. Very clear difference. I’m disappointed in the lack of responsiveness. We love domino’s and order often. This experience is not typical, thank goodness.

Honestly disappointed. I always get pizza from here and it’s always pretty good however the pizza I got today was severely undercooked. The bottom dough was not even cooked through- and the cheese was not melted whatsoever just on the very top layer and anything underneath was cold and looked like it hasn’t even been in the oven for more than like 5 minutes. The edge looks crispy but I bit into another piece before noticing it just tastes like uncooked dough, Very doughy and not cooked properly.

I used to not be a Domino’s Pizza fan but when this one went in a few years ago we tried it and they have improved a ton. We eat here at least once a month and they have stayed consistent which is what I like.

Domino’s isn’t my favorite fast food pizza joint, but I go here sometimes out of efficiency, and since they’re a pretty decent price. I’ve had mixed experiences at this particular location. I’ve dealt with some impatient teenagers who aren’t great at customer service. However, yesterday, the girl helping me was quite nice, and the pizza I received matched the instructions I had given over the phone very well.

We ordered at 5:20 and were quoted a 20-25 minutes for delivery. It arrived at 6:15 completely cold and congealed. We put our coats and shoes back on to return it for a refund. The manager was hiding and pretending he wasn’t the manager, he let his nervous staff handle the refund while dodging responsibility. We called 360 pizza and placed an order for an identical size, same flavor, and LOWER PRICED pizza. Picked it up 15 minutes after the order. It was delicious.
