We came in as a last minute decision, we were greeted and helped me decide and made it fit into the promotion deal. My daughter has never seen pizza being made, the staff let her watch as they quickly made pizzas and even answered a few of her questions. The food was quick hot and tasted great.

I’ve been ordering for a couple of years. They do a decent job. But the last few weeks, this dude, Dakota, has been answering the phone and he is always short and rude. And treats me like a inconvenience. It’s obvious he doesn’t want to be there and wants everyone else to know it. ALOT of turnover happens in this shop and I’ll be happy when he finds his way out.

Pizza came out burnt on a pick up order. I went home and started a movie and laid in bed about 15 mins out of town and called the restaurant and told them my food was burnt. I was expecting a refund because there’s no way I wanted to drive 30 mins for a new pizza and they said “thanks for letting me know”. Also asked for meat and there was no meat on the pizza.

I ordered a pizza and it had a long hair in it. I called to let them know, they said they were going to make a new one and have it sent out with the next driver. An hour and a half later, we still hadn’t gotten our pizza. So, I called back. He said it has been put for pick up. I said no, the manager I previously talked about said she would deliver it. Another 45 minutes later, it gets delivered and they still had me pay the delivery fee. So, not only did I receive a cold pizza as compensation. My comp was to PAY THEM a 6$ delivery fee..

Ordered online on the app and estimated time of delivery was 15 mins. After about 45 minutes we called the store because our order still wasn’t delivered. First worker on the phone was short with us and rude. As we were on hold for the manager our driver showed up. Manager said there was nothing that they could do since they had to remake the order. Our roommate ordered food roughly 10 mins after us and got his food before us. Frustrated with service and relieved cold food.

Pizza is like any other 3 star Domino’s. The managers are rude and treat their employees poorly. I can’t give this store a better rating until they find a new management crew. My friend works here and they make her work way past the time she is scheduled off.
