Yesterday it took us about an hour and a half to get two medium pizzas! One thin crust pepperoni and one regular tossed cheese. The app is nice to track your order but maybe they should add a “were busy but your order is a top priority ” button or something so your not just waiting in a house full of hungry children. I’ve honestly never waited longer than an hour for way more food than we ordered ?! To top it off our thin crust pizza was burnt….

Community is everything. I just popped in to this valley location to pick up a carry out order for my son and I, and upon attempting to pay had a series of unfortunate events unfold. Worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from . I will never order from here again and furthermore I will be telling everyone I know and anyone that will listen to not order from this store either. The employees are rude and beyond lazy and appear to be on drugs of some kind . The management is also under the influence of drugs or just completely incompetent and should be fired . If I owned this store I’d be ashamed . I may never order dominos again period because of this experience. I wish I could give them negative stars cause they suck

Ordered a pizza, 2 philly cheesesteak sandwiches and loaded tots. Used to be great….sandwiches were absolutely terrible this time. Virtually no toppings, I couldn’t believe it. They were overcooked and nearly inedible. Pizza overcooked too. Loaded tots ok. Staff was very busy and working hard. What the kicker for me was, I ordered online and ready time estimate and all that was very accurate. I saw my order get placed on rack inside store as I was waiting. Three different employees asked if I’d been helped and my name. They all looked at slip on boxes and finally after about 10 minutes third employee noticed my name the second time he checked the slip. Just slow down and pay attention! Don’t think I’ll be back because food wasn’t worth it. Sorry.

Waiting on pizza for over an hour. They are about .9 miles away. I called and asked the status on my pizza just to get a rude response “yep its ready” I say okay well I’m just wondering when it’s gonna get delivered to get another rude response “idfk Maybe 30 to 45 mins”! I say ma’am I’ve been waiting on this pizza for over an hour why would it take another possible 45 mins when you aren’t even a mile away from me. Always order from here and its usually awesome. Tonight tried the 5 cheese dip for the first time and this is what we got….. there is barely 1/2 inch of cheese! There is no way this is $8.99. It tastes good dont get me wrong but I believe we were not given the right amount.

over and over again disappointment We just want good quality pizza that we pay for. I have to call and complain the last 4out 5 times. Domino’s will give me a credit for my next order that’s the only reason I order again. But this last time I come in to pick up order I told myself never again order here, I watch the employee making dough, then answer a phone, go back to the pizza then check a customer out and back to the pizza never washing their hands How unsanitary! But to top it off when we got home our pizza was barely edible, I had to put the cheese and toppings on it that were missing because there was nothing(zero!) done with Domino’s!!

Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza with almost all the vegetables, and all I got is this burned thing with horrible looking few of the dried veggies. The pizza sauce was literally uncooked, I don’t know they must be in a hurry. Called them, they apologised and asked me to go pick it up again, and refused to deliver. But anyways, had a terrible experience and not going there again.

Pizza is good, never had any problems. But I have a feeling that they don’t know how to make their sandwiches. This was the second time I ordered a sandwich there. I remember that years ago they were pretty good. Both times this year the sandwich was dry, some of the meat was burned, barely any meat there anyways, and the sandwich looked like it went through some really tough time. When I ordered the first time I thought that anything could happen and I still remembered how good they were before. The second time I saw the pattern. Something is wrong there. I still will be ordering from time to time because they’re close to home and my kids love Domino’s but I’ll stick to pizza only.
