The quality of food was sacrificed for a speedy delivery and my experience with this domino’s definitely demonstrated that. The bread bites were soaked in oil and the marinara dip was awful. Didn’t taste a bit like marinara at all. (See photos) I was thoroughly ashamed for them for what they brought me and charged me for, it was quite pathetic.

Got in really late on a flight that was late. Seems like the airlines aren’t delivering customer service, but this Domino’s is getting it done. No excuses even though very busy, and late on a Sunday night, I got a good pizza. It was very appreciated. Thnx Guys!

The staff almost always gets the order wrong or leaves something off your order, and it takes so long for them to make it right that you wish you never said anything. And you probably wouldn’t say anything to avoid the hassle they put you through if you hadn’t already paid for it and waited so long. If they ever offer you a “credit” to your account, you can absolutely be sure that they did not record it. They won’t put anything in writing about a credit. When you go back to claim it, they will conveniently find that there is no credit on your account. It happens every time. Don’t waste your money here!

Very bad experience. I get it can be busy but when I worked there, we did not let orders get past an hour. Waited for hour and half. Driver finally called me and helped guided him to my house. Shared my location and still struggled to find my house. As he finally got to my house he was slurring his words and struggled to get to my door and up my 5-stair porch. Sadly forgot my sprite as well. Called the office and still waiting 3 hours later.

What a joke, ordered a small pizza and wings. Not kidding one bit I opened the box and it had almost zero cheese, toppings or even sauce. The wings looked like some dumped sauce on three of them and planned me putting the in a bowl to get sauce on the rest. Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. No joke couldn’t even peel the toppings off because there is zero cheese. Sucked!!!

It had taken over 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. They should have at least called to inform us that they were backed up, I called after about an hour and a half of waiting just for them to tell us they were backed up. If they had told us that they would have taken over 2 hours to deliver my order I would have gotten something else. If I could refund my tip I would. This is a wonderful reminder to tip after and not before service.

Valley dominos is doing pretty good. Any mess ups are corrected and customer service gets better and better. I’ve never waited more then 30 minutes for my order IF THAT and it’s always super hot when I get it.
