Just ok. Riverside pizza is the same. Ordered delivery. Pizza came warm. Hot buffalo wings were not spicy and not crispy. Online delivery was easy and text messaging for delivery updates were excellent.

Worst effing place to order from I’ve ordered 2x now and they weren’t even open. Canceled my first order and had to order again over the phone. Went to the store and they are closed. Order 1st order at 9pm and order tracker said it was about to go be delivered I bet they took it home to eat it. Jack offs.

Worst place for customer service. I don’t understand you order your own pizza to pick up and they have doors locked when you arrived during operation hours. That’s fine , but you stand there for awhile knocking on their door and don’t noone acknowledge/motion me once that there is a window to go to. As they look at me like I’m ridiculous. Which nobody would know, if you are new to this area. Presents a attitude then have the audacity to ask for tip.

My wife and I order from this location two or three times a month. I feel like people only write reviews when they have one bad experience but not when they have good ones lol. So!!! I’m writing one to say this dominos has been absolutely amazing, fast, respectful, and the food has always been completely fresh. Best dominos we’ve ever used and that’s why we keep ordering.

I normally do not write reviews, but I had too. I do not have the pictures of the pizza but it looked just as bad. The wings were cold and as you see just don’t look appetizing at all and the taste was just as dissatisfying. The pizza was dry with hardly any cheese or sauce; they obviously did not care much about this order. As a new store in the Grayson area, not a good first impression at all! I would have gave zero stars if it was an option. COME ON DOMINOS!

This is the first time that I get a cold and dried Pizza, when I called the lady that took care of me. Never mention that there were short to one driver, it was after an hour when I called back and the recording message said these they only do carry out, that was not mention the first time that I called, to place my order, I wish that the lady would let me know that the pizza will be delay two hours. They had my pizza sitting there. So I went and pick it up, I wish they would make a fresh pizza, since they never mention their situation with the driver, I would understand, not instead they lie. If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon large pizza around 10:45 pm. This location was open when I ordered and online says there open until 12. I drove all the way to pick up my pizza and was told they did not make it and decided that they would close. I go no apology or anything. I simple phone call could have saved me a trip and them a customer. I will not give that location any of my money ever. Sorry excuse of a Business.

Love the team at this location… Kayla was great today and even gave a courtesy call to make sure I was satisfied with my order… The delivery person, I think her name was Gloria was super sweet… she was an older black lady in case that’s not her name… Thanks again and keep up the great customer service!!

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza, we eat about two bites out of the pizza & realized they forgot to put Buffalo sauce on it, no big deal. I go in & politely inform the employee that my order is wrong & show her. She agrees with me that there is no buffalo sauce on the pizza & that she’ll fix it. She drenched our pizza in Buffalo sauce to the point where it’s wet and inedible. $35 wasted. Go to any other dominos.
